“Had an issue this morning because 2 $10 bills were taken out of my account a day early, the first charge cause my account to overdraft prompting a $32 charge, the second drew me farther past the 0.00 and also charged me another $32. I called and spoke to a very professional gentleman named Nathan. He was able to unenroll me from "overdraft protection" (I didn't feel very PROTECTED) so my account will not overdraft again. Then he called me back about 20 minutes later and told me he spoke to the overdraft team and was able to get BOTH of those charges restored to my account. I understand it was my mistake for not fully understanding what the service meant, but it's nice to see an employee go the extra mile for a customer he has never nor will he like ever meet. 5 star rating is solely based upon Nathan's performance, if I could request an operator I'd choose home everytime! Thanks again Nathan!”
“Just wanted to say in regards to Synovus Bank that I always get top notch First Rate customer service and really appreciate how the tellers at the drive-thru always know me by name it was something that they did on their own and I appreciate it as well as the dog treats for my dog. “I have been dealing with this bank for years, and last week I was going to the ATM, and I noticed that a lot of new plants had been planted, and everything was looking really good. Then I noticed that the landscaper was working the property at night, and thought what a great idea that was!I asked him what made him start doing landscaping at night, and he explained to me that it was about 10 to 20° cooler, and that he didn’t have to worry about a parking lot full of cars. He was very professional. I told him that I thought it was a genius idea! Keep up the good work brother! It’s looking good!And I love bank in OZK, it’s very convenient that I can deposit cash straight into the ATM and it goes straight to my account! I can also get a card printed that same day if I need one!”

“I have only been doing business with this bank and I use the Valdosta branch for 6 months or so. I have to say that I find the tellers to be very friendly and kind and they are very professional. I give a special recognition to Jennifer as on several occasions when I needed either a cashiers check or a money order I can call ahead and she has it waiting when I pull up to the window. I am also impressed that although I have only been using this branch a short time, they remember my name each time I go there. Great customer service.”
