How does a multi million dollar company give out rewards and coupons but can't train employees to handle situations pertaining to glitches or faulty systems. Just tell them to tell customers system isn't working, better luck next time? What a joke.

Parker's kitchen is a plus at any location in any City. Nearly all of Parker's kitchens are well staffed, by trained associates that are themselves the backbone of this business. Each location is different from the other in its own way, but you can be assured as much as can be possible. These locations will be clean and they will also be well stocked with with up-to-date, trending, popular items. The owner and operators of this business has got their stuff together. There's not a better convenience store chain in the low country.

Parker's always surprises me. Great breakfast served fast. Great fried catfish. It's nice friendly local people not a bunch of children looking at you like your a bother. All places should not allow cell phones at work. It's very annoying to have to wait for a kid to Finnish talking to friends to place an order. Lunch menu needs to expand.

Another nice Parkers Kitchen, convenience store, and gas station. Reasonable prices, decent food. Good catfish & chicken livers!!

I walked in, used the restroom, made a cup of coffee. All the while it's quite busy. Then someone asks if I'm a contractor and says they are not open yet. They should put up a sign or something.

Do not go here for food later in the day. during the early part of the day, the manager is delightful and willing to help and keep the stores reputation good. but the help later in the day is really lacking. nobody asks if they can help you and they close the kitchen at 7, which I was not aware of. I was there a few minutes before 7, listening to two of the young employees talk about nothing to each other while I was waiting to ask a question. finally, one of them began removing the trays of food. I finally said, you aren't closing are you? to which he responded yeah, we close at 7. I was wanting food and trying to be courteous and not bug into their talk. even after he realized I wanted food, he never offered to serve me anything that was left. very poor service to say the least.

I ordered some lunch through the touch screen (that part worked fine and is the only reason this is 2 stars), paid through the self checkout (there was nobody to be found at the counter, but it wasn't too difficult to get the self checkout to work). The food bins looked mostly full, so I expected to have my number called in a few minutes, since there were only a couple of people waiting before me. After 15 minutes, the two in front of me received their food. It took another 5 minutes to get mine. Someone had asked what I was waiting for and I gave them my number, but nobody bothered to update me on what was on hold. Very poor customer service. I probably won't be back since they can't even give a customer a heads up about the delay. If I'd known there was going to be a delay, I would have ordered something else. Thanks Parkers!

My 1st time visiting this store and the food service here is very poor! When I placed my order, I really thought that my food would be hot! Unfortunately, when returning with my meal to make a small complaint lead to this Poor rating.The store manager didn't even check the food that I was complaining about. She just made the order over, handed it off to another employee who handed me back the same food I just complained about with a smile. What's worse, this time I got less food and I'm disappointed with this group of individuals! They should do Better when it comes to customer service when dealing with food.So, instead of going back inside for another replacement meal or a refund. I'm writing this Review so others can make their own decision on this place.

While traveling today, we stopped in. The store was very clean and the restrooms are very clean. I'm not one to eat gas station, food, however, I tried one of their famous chicken sandwiches. It actually was very good! Love their special sauce and pickles. The picture doesn't look like much but it had great taste.
