The stock boy called me "honey " and corrected me while I tried to pull coffee creamer out of the bin . It was crammed into the cooler behind the door at an angle where the container was going to be crushed and leak. I had to pull one up and then get the one behind. He ran up to me to chastise me like a child and correct me. He assumed I was going to leave one in the wrong space . There were more empty spaces than creamers which were almost emptied in every slot. He was very rude and more than 40 years younger then me. I am not his honey and I am not old. He appeared to be in his teens ! I have two college degrees and am a professional . I do not appreciate being talked to as though I need remedial training. The store itself is clean and check out is fast . Parking is good. I like the drink area up front and great prices on refreshments. Wish there was a way to have stockers during the night not while people try to shop and move around boxes . Thankful for food though.

I went there for the first time today and I am absolutely disgusted with their lack of customer service. First, none of the employees ever asked if I needed help finding anything or even smiled at me. They actually went out of their way to avoid eye contact. Next a sweet lady in an automatic cart was scooting herself to the front of the store because it ran out of battery. I pushed her to the front of the store while pushing my cart with my one year old in it and no one offered to help. When I finally asked one of them to grab her a new cart, she told me they're up front. I know where they are, that's not what I asked for. She needed a new cart and obviously couldn't walk to get it herself. I couldn't leave my daughter with a stranger to get one and couldn't get one while pushing my cart at the same time. They are standing there, not doing anything, and refused to help so she waited until her husband found her to get her a new one. Helping a customer out was a huge inconvenience for any of them and that is why I will never come back.

This is by far the most organized Walmart I've ever been to. The staff is incredibly attentive, it just demonstrates that good management is in place and that the staff are committed to EXCELLENCE.

Nice Walmart market. Can run in and out for last minute items. The deli could be more active. No hot food counter. I have to go to kjs market for that. But this store is ok for quick last minute pick ups.

The employees seem to hate their jobs, act like you are bothering them if you ask for help and don't even get me started on the rude and condescending manager. To not be able to pay with cash unless you have the correct amount is ludicrous especially right here at the holidays. Get it together Wal-Mart market of grovetown.

Close to my house and open late when I need last minute grocery items! Sometimes they're out of certain produce items but restock quickly.

Walmart Grocery Pickup is a game changer. Let me start by saying, I'm not a fan of spending hours shopping for groceries. My wife and I add items to our online cart throughout the week as we think of them. For the first time in our lives, we stick to a list. The Pharmacy also has a drive threw window! Do you see where I'm going with this? In-out with only the things you need! No impulse items! I know there are other grocery stores that offer curbside pickup, but Walmart offers this without a fee.

It's a grocery store with a pharmacy, self check out, and Wal-Mart prices. You can order online and have them roll your groceries out to your car. BUT...check your list and the groceries. They try and substitute things. They also sometimes give you food not for consumption. Out of date or something. My wife had put a bag of Hormel pepperoni on list. The bag we got HAD pepperoni but all of it was brown. Didn't realize this until after she got home. Wife placed order last night. Got confirmation that it would be ready by 4. It's now 5:30. No word from them. We called them. No answer. We called again. Some woman transferred us to the back. No answer. We ask her to just cancel and we'll come and grocery shop. She tells us we can't do that. Tells us to call the pickup # again. The guy that answers says our order has been ready. What? No email, phone call? Nothing?

This neighborhood market fills a very real hole in a quick stop for groceries on the way home without having to fight the traffic on Chamblin or Horizon South during rush hour. It's a jack of all trades and a master of none. It has an entire section of different kinds of pickles but only two kinds of macaroni and cheese. I know that doesn't sound important, but it's just an example. It's good for last minute things, but not a place you could do your weekly shopping at. Unless you really like pickles.

Close and convenient , of course there are a few things they don't carry but i doubt a full size Walmart would either.

I don't know why I haven't been coming here more often since they opened during the spring. That being said, there really aren't any excuses! The Grovetown Walmart Neighborhood Market is in an extremely convenient location at the intersection of Wrightsboro and E. Robinson. The prices are on par with the traditional Walmarts but essentially, this Walmart version of a supermarket does a great job with scaling down the Market section of the Super Walmart and bringing the consumer a happy medium between Sam's Club and Walmart. Customer service is very good here; every time I have a question, I am promptly and courteously attended to and my questions are answered. Produce is much better than the Commissary and there is a nice selection of specialty items to include a decent hispanic goods section. One downside that folks may not like is that the checkouts are mostly self-check out lanes and the ones that are traditional lanes are not usually staffed. I will continue to use this store as long as I'm in the area!
