I love that they call when my mediocre needs to be refilled or when my medication is ready. The staff is friendly.

The pharmacy is staffed by unrepentant time wasters. Hell isn’t fire and brimstone and eternal torture. It’s standing here waiting for some indifferent 22 year old pharmacy tech to finally get your antibiotics to you.

I was very low on medication for my nebulizer and needed breathing treatments every 4 hours. My lungs were flared up following Covid. I was calling pharmacies trying to find one that had my meds in stock. This Walgreens had my meds. The person I talked to was very nice.

Nothing but issues since I switched to Walgreens pharmacy. Incompetent staff. High volume pharmacy employing techs that do not have a sense of urgency when it comes to customer service. No communication between customers and pharmacist. Shameful

Worst pharmacy ever. Staff are rude, slow, and incompetent. Kroger is 20 times better.

A great place to work for, but not long term-wise. The management staff is severely underpaid, and not taken care of or appreciated by corporate. However, most of the staff here are down-to-earth and friendly. When shopping, this is the only Walgreens store that I would recommend that is worth shopping at.

Much better at the Grovetown store. Fast, Friendly, answers all your questions. Stay away from the one in Thomson though. Edit: Lately I don't know what the problem is. I have called my medication I need refilled and both times I went they had filled a medication I did NOT to be refilled and my medication I do need has not been.

Didn't have Rx meds. When called in from out of state. Pharmacist and techs couldn't help find meds . In stock at another Walgreens. Said they were to busy to call. So now we can't even get hold of Drs. Office to get to a different pharmacy .The sign says stop in Get vaccinated . After 20 minutes of waiting IN LINE you have to go online make appointment. WHAT??????

I made an appointment to get my johnson & johnson covid vaccine. Appointment time was set for 4:30 which was the time i showed up. there were about 4 people sitting in the waiting area and by the looks, seemed like they'd been sitting there for a good bit of time. When i got to the counter after waiting in line for 30 minutes, the lady behind the counter informed me that they didn't even have the Johnson & Johnson vaccine and that i'd have to get the Pfizer vaccine instead.. I signed up to get the Johnson & Johnson at 4:30. It was 5:00 when I was informed that there were still 3 people ahead of me and I don't have all day to wait to get a shot that i didn't sign up for in the first place. I'd also spoke with an employee while waiting in the line and her attitude was awful. Don't give people the option to sign up for specific appointment times if we aren't going to be seen at or at least around that time. My experience was absolutely pathetic. This virus is killing millions of people and this Walgreens is in no hurry to help stop the spread, therefore I will never be returning. Do better.

I called before going to get a flu shot and was told that as long as the pharmacy was open then they were still giving them out. Drove 20 min to be turned around. One of the employees said that they will resume tomorrow morning @ 0900...

Their pharmacy was closed around 3:45 p.m. on 03/29/2020. I was disappointed as I drove from afar to get items showed available in this location. Otherwise, the remainder of the store was clean, well-organized and with a private parking.

I changed my Walgreens prescriptions when i moved. I never had trouble at Walgreens on Washington and Bobby Jones. Grovetown is a different story. I picked up my prescription on Friday evening and handed the woman in the pharmacy my other prescription and told her I needed it to be refilled and I would pick it up on Saturday no problem. Saturday I arrived 10 minutes before closing time and they hadn't filled it. That is twice now....There will not be a third time. They have nice employees up front but I question the ones in the pharmacy.
