“Store always keeps a good inventory of items (i went in for multiple bags of all-purpose sand and needed more than i bought the previous day), especially with it being Spring and everyone starting outdoor projects. Staff are always helpful, and if they don't know the answer, they know an employee who does so that you get the best information. Would highly recommend this store and its staff to all CSRA residents.”

I worked at a Lowe's in Maryland some years ago they had a plan to make every Lowe's universal nation wide what happened have visited 3 Lowe's since I have been here all 3 are totally different. “Helpful employees, relatively clean store. Sold out of many items in standard colors - grout, countertops in stock but matching side splashes only available online. But, ordering these items is also easy for store pickup here. Selections have good variety and the store hours are helpful for home projects you didn't anticipate needing the right amount of anything. This is my go-to Lowe's location for our area.”

“Wayne from piping did a phenomenal job assisting me today. I went to Lowe's this morning and did not get the things that I needed or any help. I decided to come to Home Depot and not only did I find all the supplies that I needed but this incredible gentleman help me from start to finish and completely understood my vision for industrial shelves. He went out of his way to take time, considering my desires, and making them happen from start to finish. He help me find everything I needed, as well as cut my material and re-threaded some pipe to fit. It also doesn't hurt that he was great at making me laugh. In a world where most employees are just skirting by to make hourly, Wayne was a complete breath of fresh air, and a reminder that they are still great men out there that want to help and provide their skills with pride.”

Even though the prices are not usually the cheapest prices around, the customer service is typically on point. To me that truly matters. I would rather have the extra care and service. It makes me want to return and give them more business.”
