No longer a charity, workers have no motivation or training and things here are the same price as things that are new. They no longer offer hard copies for tax donation forms.

The lighting inside seems very dim. They definitely need to update their lights so products can be seen. Also, it seems like they need to work on the displays for the products. A lot of items in the back were just piled on top of each other and not very easy to look through. I was worried things would fall on the ground if I picked through them.

Prices equivalent to Walmart. This was verified via internet. Really takes away from the whole "discount" store. Will be taking my donations to the Salvation Army from now on. I donate nearly 1000$ worth of items every 6 months so yalls loss due to greed.

I was out this way to hit up the Culver's for the first time, and decided to stop by this Goodwill location, and to say this is a small not very well laid out location compared to the Augusta, Evans, North Augusta SC, and Aiken SC locations is an understatement, plus the prices are much higher than I'm used to seeing in most Goodwill locations, as I'm not going to a thrift store to pay near retail, retail, or above retail for used items like electronics I don't know the true condition of, or a glass case full of lowend junk electronics like knock off earbuds, headphones, etc.. that can be had for $5 at a retail store like Big Lots, or Dollar General.Yes we all know that your cost have gone up, but shame on you Goodwill for not pricing things better so more people are likely to buy them from you giving them a 2nd, or even 3rd life, instead of them just sitting on the shelf, and possibility ending up in a landfill.

With the exception of the sweet older lady, the ladies at the front cashier are so freaking rude. They’ll sit there and talk about you like you’re not there. That’s cute. One of them walked in front of a lady carrying her kid out of the store and almost made her drop the child.

So overpriced, used Jordan's for $80. They have lost their minds.

The prices have sky rocketed. Every shoe must come with a small gold bar in the sole

This particular Goodwill is getting a bit pricey. It is not an antique store or vintage boutique, but the prices are getting that way. I go to many Goodwills and have a good sense of prices. The point of a Goodwill is to move merchandise and help the community. This particular Goodwill has lost sense of that and has become capitalistic.
