It’s been a month now since I got my car back from Gerber. I got into an accident with a lot of front end damage (have a Toyota). My car was in the shop for a little over a month. The initial estimated date was extended by 2 weeks due to delays outside of their control (issues with parts, delays from the person who needed to calibrate my car). That was frustrating because the insurance rental time ran out. I had to call them too, and would have appreciated more frequent updates (they send messages 2x a week, but during the delay period would have wanted more frequent updates).
However, they did fix my car and even with the extra time I am so grateful that my baby looks like she did before the accident!!! Did have to get my tires balanced afterwards at another location, but besides that it’s been good. The staff here are really nice and knowledgeable. Steve was the one I bugged on the phone a lot and he has excellent customer service. Appreciated all of their help! :)

Absolutely LOVED their service! They fixed my car faster than the estimated amount. They fixed my car better than any other collision service I have ever experienced! They even made my car look brand new and shiny again! My car even drives better!!
I wish I could give them 10 stars!!

Shout out to Steve GerberThis company is amazing. I would recommend them to any and everyone. They kept me updated every step of the way, and answered all my questions immediately. Just picked up my car today not only with the repairs done, but they wash the interior an extra in my car making for an easy transition.

I recently had to take my vehicle to Gerber in Grovetown for bumper repair . I was pleasantly greeted the minute I walked into your establishment by Emily Brooks and Stephen Athearn. Every time I talked with them, they were professional and friendly. I was informed about the status of my vehicle daily and the work was completed in a timely manner.
