Hands down the best property storage experience I’ve had over the course of 13 years in the military. Justin and the crew were fantastic and always very efficient. Free truck rental for move in and move out. Easy and stress free. Highly recommend!

Awful experience. I made a reservation for a moving van 6 weeks in advance only to be told a couple of days before needing the vehicle that they wouldn’t have one and they could only offer me a moving truck and was that ok? By the time they told me and asked if it was ok, it was too late to make other arrangements so I ended up driving a behemoth vehicle I didn’t need all the way to MA from GA. Additionally, when I asked if there was anything I needed to know about driving a vehicle like this as I hadn’t driven one for 20 plus years, I was told no. Well, the back end is far lower than a regular vehicle as I learned trying to pull it up our driveway where it got stuck and had to call
for roadside assistance, for which they've just sent me a bill 7 months later for "winching" service (though no winch was used) I had to provide the tow company (who showed up with a pickup truck) with planks and wooden blocks to help back it out. Oh, and additionally, the truck cab was filled with fire ants when they gave it to me. Honestly 0 stars, I certainly wouldn't rent from them, or Budget again at all.

Good for what it is. The spaces are reasonably priced and clean. They offer a military discount.

This place is nasty. Their storage units are filthy and lots of wildlife is around (snakes, foxes, possums, etc.) and their customer service sucks! Lori, the manager of the units is a sarcastic, and less than polite person. The location is horrible to access to due to traffic and their prices are not good. There are much better options in the area. Choose wisely.

The most convenient UPS drop off spot in Grovetown. You wouldn't have thought that this hidden away storage facility has such a great service.
