CVS at this location was listed as a location that provided a COVID RAPID test. I was able to schedule an appointment online on the CVS website and then when I got there was told that they did not do COVID appointments. Why is this location even available to make a COVID appointment if it is not a location? This location should be removed from the website to be able to make an appointment at. This wasted my time today as I had to then scramble to find another location that would provide the COVID Rapid test.

CVS pharmacy in Grovetown is one of the best pharmacy in Grovetown you can always count on your medication as promised. Not to mention the staff’s they are awesome Ms. Rhonda is one of the most humble and polite lady you can ever think of, it doesn’t matter what kind of day you are having just seeing her lovely smile brighten your day I am thankful for everyone, from the pharmacist staff to the management team, God bless you all keep up the great work.

This was the worse experience ever at CVS. I called prior to going and expressed my concerns and needs for my sons medication. I advised the tech how I always have to hunt it down because it’s not being delivered at all locations. I told her I only needed 20 once she told me they had it.m, but she couldn’t fill his script because it was a transfer and it was the first fill at their location. That want a problem because his doctors are amazing. I called at 7:30pm and she called his script in to that location. She told me to give them 5mins and they would have it. I waited m, called and she said they were filling the script. I advised them I was on my way. When I got there she said, “Do you know the price of this prescription?” I asked and she said, “With insurance and discount card it’s $667.” I said for 20? She said no that’s the full script. I’m not able to break it. I asked how long or since when? She said maybe that just changed but she couldn’t open the bottle and fill a script for me for 20 pills. I asked did I need to call his doctor back. She said I guess, but I can’t break it. That’s our policy. I said well does she need to write the script for 20 pills. She said no. So at 8:30, I’m calling his doctor back because the tech tells me their policy says she can’t give me 20. While waiting for the doctor, I asked for the pharmacist in duty’s name. She tells me to hold on. Now, this entire time I never saw her. It was just her voice through the intercom. There was another lady standing in the window who never looked my wast and the pharmacist with her back turn the same. Finally, the one I. The window turns to the pharmacist and walks over to her to pick up the phone. SHE SPEAKS! The white coat was now talking to me and asked how many I wanted. I said 20. She said give me a moment. Then gave me the price. I thanked her, paid the voice that was godsend and left. WHY?!!!! Why did I have to endure all this for my sons meds!!!

CVS in Grovetown Ga is the worst! Both our babies have pink eye and we were trying to get eye drops for them! Our doctor called in the prescription yesterday morning but the message was deleted so my husband goes up there around 8:15 to get the prescription and he is told they never received it. He again has to call the doctor to call the pharmacy only to have the pharmacist close the door in his face and tell him they are closed!

I have been a customer with CVS for more then10 years and I have no complaints about their over all stores service. The staff will take the time too explain anything that is needed to be, explained whether for prescription or in store shopping. Always a friendly greeting when entering the store.
