Since gas stations have added self checkout, customer service is a joke. I stood in line while one woman struggled to get the machine to take her cash, and another woman paid IN CHANGE. All of it. I waited and waited and waited. The 2 employees "on duty" sat behind the registers gossiping. This is why QT will always be a superior gas station.

This place has gone downhill in the last couple of months. I work close by and try to get lunch, there's never any pizza and never any hot food by 2pm. Everytime I ask about it they have a different excuse. This store is right off I20. Get it together. Please.

This gas station has gone down hill. Now that employees do not even have to check you out they do not even acknowledge your existence. They have their personal conversations cussing behind the counter. It’s also become extremely dirty. I don’t think that drink machine ever gets cleaned. It’s gross.

The gas station is clean and all and staff is nice but I’m getting really tired of them closing access to restrooms all the time. This is the only circle k I know that doesn’t regularly have a public restroom available and it is also the hardest circle k to get to because of traffic. If you have to use the restroom as well as other gas needs don’t waste your time here.

Stopped here at 4:30 am on the way from AL back home to NC with my fiancé and two small children. Stopped to get some snacks because we’re hungry and on a budget. Fiancé got all of our snacks and fountain drink just to be told when he got to the counter that he had to use self check out, but yet you can’t use a Foodstamp card at self check out (which makes no sense) and then being told they won’t open a register so that he can check out and “it’ll be open at 6.” So now my child gets to be hungry until we find another 24 hour gas station all because someone couldn’t take five minutes out of their night so that we could swipe a card. I’ll make sure to never stop by here again during our travels.

Me and another customer had issues at the pump...this kind young man ran outside to assist both of us! How awesome are u to create happy customer on the inside and outside of your store. Lemont it's 10 stars from me!

They are adding express checkouts now to help keep the lines moving. Great idea, and I hope they are user-friendly and easy to manage

This is my go to place since it's close ro where I live, despite rough traffic and construction. What I don't like it the self checkout. The self checkout is not the best compare to other machines and it's only useful if you're paying in card. I hope the rest if the gas stations don't have these.

This circle k has become a JOKE!!!!! A few weeks ago they were closed early morning because of short staff. This morning at 630am they are closed because of technical issues. So good luck catching them open!!!!!

No registers open and was told to do self checkout but was paying with cash. ( self checkout said card only) The 3 employees talking had attitude having to stop to check me out. So disappointed as this use to be our favorite convenience store. Also, store needed to be clean!!

1.71 for a small cup of hot water bc I wasn’t feeling well…QT WOULD NEVER nor will I ever be back. And bathroom is HORRIBLE!!!

The place is usually clean, and most of the employees are nice. The one thing I'd complain about is only having one register open. This place is always busy, and there's almost always a line 4 or more deep. When you're in a rush, you'll end up late, and start speeding to make up time and we all know that's not safe and leads to tickets, or you'll just leave without going in. Or at least that's what happens to me.Also, on a personal note I find it weird that you don't carry Reese's pieces in store.

This place has roaches that crawl across the counter and mice in the water.The manager is so rude.You want perfect service & a clean store ?Go to Sprint, because you won't find it here.
