The only reason I put a 1 star is because I can't put nothing. Watch out people. We ordered a king size mattress and they brought out a full mattress and the wrong one at that and tried to make us take it. We where there the night before and they had 5 mattress and they said this morning there was none! What the heck never again will we ever go to that Walmart again. And I advise you never to go.

I have put in countless grocery orders, and The workers here always put in no effort to getting My order right. How do I know this? They claim things are out of stock. But when I go to the store shortly after receiving said order, all of the things are there. You should really consider hiring smarter and less lazy people. Thank you.

Order pickup are very slow. And they will tell you your order is ready and have you wait till they finish picking up your order.

What is not to like about Walmart. They have almost anything you need at great prices. The people at checkout are friendly and helpful. Can't go wrong shopping at Walmart.

I really like the large selection of items here & the fact that there seems to be employees all over the place that you can ask for help. I even used the call button in the sporting goods section & got not one but two employees after about a minute. They didn't have what I wanted (Men's Golds Gym tacky gloves), but it looks like the department is undergoing a revamping right now & so many items aren't even in stock. Overall good store, but I'm knocking a point off for now due to the cashiers looking/acting so miserable every time I shop here. They don't know how to smile (or at least look pleasant), say hello, say thank you? Why are they so miserable? Are there no incentives, no contests, no parties, no encouraging words, no nothing to make a stressful (non-stop customers) customer service job more bearable? May I recommend the "Fish Philosophy" for customer service? (Look it up - it's pretty cool!) Happy employees make happy customers!

I waited 19 mins to speak with a customer service representative regarding six items missing from my grocery pick up order placed 08/22/20. The necessary information was given to validate my order. The representative stated the items mentioned as missing were left in the store. In other words, Walmart Super Ctr was aware of the issue. I requested to reorder my missing item versus a refund. A refund back to a credit card takes 3-5 days to process, the grocery items were needed now. The reason I am writing this review is because it appeared to be a scam in an ECONOMIC CRISIS, what the customers service representative recommended. My missing items totaled an amount of $21.35, but purposed that my reorder would have to total a minimum of $35.00. Walmart Super Center, Griffin, Ga. don't rip off the hands that feeds you!

I shop at this Walmart very often. Usually it is a good experience.... but WHY are there only 3 checkout lanes open on a Saturday night before Fathers Day??? Don't shop here after 8pm.... the self checkouts are closed as well...

Sad that such a good-looking store can have such regrettable staff and experiences. The garden center manager apparently doesn't care about the inventory. There were more plants than I could count that needed to be watered and generally tended to. This is not an asset to the store's profitability with items that are not fit to be sold. The store paid money for this stuff and the staff is not maintaining it as sellable. That said, I decided to take pity on a couple of plants, thinking I might take them home and try to salvage them. $4 plants, figuring with the deplorable condition of them, I wouldn't mind paying a dollar each. When I got to customer service, the assistant said she had to contact the Garden Center Manager. I was glad to wait. Finally, the verdict from the Garden Center Manager was that they would take off 10%. Ten percent? On plants that were about 90% deceased? Everyone knows Wal*Mart marks down the most random items at sometimes the most crazy prices. This was greed and laziness, and its unfortunate that store management is not overseeing this department, that usually would be very popular this time of year . . .

We came to find a TV stand. When we were finally able to find one, no staff was able to help. We searched around the store to only find THREE workers. We told each one that we need help lifting our stand. Each one said they will call for help. They all wandered off and didn't come back. The fourth one tried to find help and it took about 20 mins to find someone to help. We have been standing next to the stand for almost an hour and we just got someone to help us. By far the absolute worst staff here. The lady helping us had to literally drag another worker to help us. Then the lady in self check out was giving us attitude. 0/10 this place sucks

Tuesday night at Walmart. Front lines backed up - only four open. Self serve backed up. Waited at garden center for 20 mins. No sign saying closed. Called front desk to ask for assistance - no one mentioned garden center closed. FINALLY found member of mgt - he did check us out but pointed out garden center closed. Would have been nice to know that 20 mins ago. Watch out WALLY WORLD AMAZON'S GONNA TAKE YOU DOWN!

I looked on line to see if they sold boric acid, the site said yes, went to the store and could not find it. I asked 2 stockers if they new where it was, they said no and that the people working the floor was at lunch. I asked them, everyone. Needless, to say, I go up front to the store Supervisor and was told I could check the garden center, I had already checked there. She told me to hold on in a nasty way and did not come back. I was so upset, leaving the store, people in the garden center was just standing around. Mind you, this was after 7:00 pm during the slow time, what a bunch of losers . I am still angry, no one wants to help you there, why come to work. You are already checking yourself out, why have them there? Poor Customer Service, I plan on taking my business to another location.

I have shopped in this Walmart for the past year but only used there pharmacy a few times. Today I had two kids that I took to the doctors and they both needed meds. So the doctor calls in the meds while I am standing there. I wait an hour and I half before going to Walmart, to give them time to fill the orders. I go to the pharmacy and they tell me they haven't gotten the prescriptions so I call the doctors office and have them resend all the meds. I then go back and tell them I just got off the phone with the doctors office and they have resend the meds. The women tells me "well we don't have them, they must be on the answering machine". I ask her to "please go look!" She goes and looks and tells me "we have it and it will be about 35 minutes". I say ok and ill be back soon. I take my family to lunch and we are gone an hour. I come back and they have no prescriptions ready at all I sat there for another 2 hours and then they got done! I am still so upset its not even funny. How can you run a business with how slow they are.
