When I need Verizon assistance, the store across from the Griffin Ingles is the only place I go! The people here are personable and really know their stuff. They don't have the elitist, snobby attitudes that I see at the other Verizon stores.Any time I have gone there needing a new phone, I'm in and out within around an hour. The excellent customer service makes the time spent actually enjoyable. I can't recommend these guys enough.

I truly appreciate the atmosphere of hospitality and warmth this place offers. Beth was a dream to work with; she was knowledgeable, kind, patient, and honest. They had a great selection, as well! I would recommend this location to anyone!

Beth was very patient and informative. We are not the most versed with cell phones and she helped us understand how the phone works. She was very pleasant and fun to work with. Actually everyone working there made you feel welcome.

I purchased a used iPhone 11 and needed to get a new SIM card because my Samsung convoy card was too large. A young lady spent almost a hour assisting a old analog guy with transfer of number and new SIM with Verizon headquarters with repeated transfers and call backs. Without the perseverance of this staff member I would have not been able to use my phone. This makes two times over the last 5 years I have been helped without spending a thousand dollars on a new phone buy a great business compared to a unfriendly corporate Verizon store. I can only imagine the service customers that purchase phones from then have. Thanks

I switched service from Straight Talk (because the service was TERRIBLE) to Verizon. Felton helped me order my phone, and then set everything up. There were some issues with Straight Talk having the wrong zip code and we couldn’t get my number to transfer, and he was very patient and handled everything. I was in there for a long time, and honestly- Felton and the other two employees were great, good conversation, AND Felton showed me a website that is amazing and probably going to get me in trouble, shopping. ?

Nathan was absolutely wonderful in helping us find a phone, it was the 1st time I've had to get a phone after my retirement since my company paid for my phone previously. He made sure I understood how my phone works and will be coming back to install my tempered glass screen protector once it arrives. Thanks so much Nathan.

I visited the Verizon retailer on Zebulon Road in Macon Georgia for my upgrade. Kelly Salter, who is the wireless account manager, assisted me. Ms. Salter was extremely helpful and went beyond the call of duty to address all of my concerns including meeting me on what would have been her day off. She is accommodating, very knowledgeable of their products and processes. I was fortunate to have her help me during my visit. ☺️

David Medley and Russell Cellular staff are always ready to help their customers.We changed my account to reflect Vet status, direct billing and Unlimited service. So very pleased with my new iPhone 13.Most of my friends and business associates use the location.My neighbor was on the phone with him when I walked in the am. She also just purchased a 13.
