Toni Mathis was such an amazing property manager. She was always patient with me and always answered any questions or concerns that I had. I have rent a storage unit for 1 year and also she made sure once it was time to move out, she reserved the UhAul truck that was needed to do the move. She had it all figured out. I will definitely use the service again and also refer others to Toni’s facility.!Great Experience

Tried to drop off a U Haul during their business hours, but no one was at the local office. Called the office number, but only received the call center, and said the manager would return or call. (They did not.) Again, this was during business hours. Had to use the overly complicated app procedure. Did not feel that my time was respected as a customer.

Great, excellent service and repor from the agent in duty. She was wonderful. Because of her until I get a personal trailer, this will be the only location I use.

Bad smell, high prices for a very old outdoor storage space. Every time I come back i find leaves, dirt, and other things on my stuff in the front of the unit. I finally figured out what it was today when I seen the cigarette butts in my unit. Someone is using a leaf blower! I need to find somewhere else to go.

Used this location for U-Haul rental, and the service was outstanding. We rented a ten foot truck without realizing it didn't have a ramp, and they were so helpful getting it exchanged for what we needed! Will definitely use them again.

Terrible service. They will slide up charges in on you and when you ask for your bill to be mail they won't. We were just told that they are up charging our unit to $10 every 6 months now. What kind of a scam are they running.
