I have been using this store for some time now. The owner is extremally rude and always talks down to the customer's. He has no respect for people and should not be interacting with them in a place of business!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Please avoid this store If possible . They will try to force you to buy UPS boxes in order to accept your Amazon packages even if you already pack them in your own box. They'll try to charge you $5 to print a page. That african American lady is taking her job a little too seriously....I was able to use another store no question asked for the box and paid $2.16 to print label.

Remaba, the clerk that “helped” me return my Amazon package would not let me return my package if I didn’t buy a “shipping” tape to “ensure” the label wouldn’t come off. I refused and I said no, just return it as it is thank you. He insisted, and refused to return my package if I didn’t buy the tape. We went back and forth with this several times making me uncomfortable so I felt pressured to buy it. Horrible experience would like my money back and he does not need to work there.

I'm not even sure where to start on this one. I was just shocked. I've been shopping on Amazon for the past 10 years and has done Amazon returns smoothly at numerous UPS locations around the country. First time using the UPS Location in Griffin and the african American clerk told me I have to purchase a UPS box in order to ship back the item even though I have already boxed the return with my own box. For my second box she said to print the shipping label for me will cost $4.70. I'm not sure what's going with that lady but she needs to be retrained or find something else to do. I took my items and left and will never return to that location again.

This place is a joke . They will find something to charge for even know you have everything your suppose to have to ship it back. They charged me $12.46 for a freaking box and to pack that box into another box .. Smh !

I use this UPS location regularly and I am always impressed at the level of consistent customer service! It doesn’t matter whether the line is out the door, or if it’s a slow moment, I know it will be a friendly, time-managed experience.

The staff here are Fabulous. The associate that assists me most often is Always, Customer Service Oriented! She is friendly and smiles while addressing my service needs!! She explains current offers on services. I wish I knew her name, she is a true Asset to UPS!

Worst experience. The indian guy at the store refused to make a color photocopy of my georgia driver's license and USA permanent residence card . He was telling me that it's against the law and it's a crime to make a color photocopy of the any government documents.
