I had the absolute pleasure of being helped by Mathese at UPS, and I can honestly say she turned what could have been a stressful errand into a smooth and pleasant experience. From the moment I walked in, she greeted me with such warmth and professionalism. She went above and beyond to make sure everything was handled correctly, taking the time to answer my questions and ensure my package was prepared the right way.
What really stood out was her patience, kindness, and genuine care for making sure I felt taken care of. It’s rare these days to find someone who not only does their job well but also makes you feel valued as a customer. Mathese is truly a shining example of excellent customer service, and UPS is lucky to have her on their team!
I’ll definitely be coming back to this location because of the outstanding service I received from her. Thank you, Mathese, for your hard work and positive energy—it made all the difference!

Update: no box no label returns from Amazon are being rejected by some employees at this location, apparently per the direction of the owner. Updated star rating from 5 to 1.
(2023) Ms. Mabis is always wonderful and expedient.

One of the reps, I know is a regular, but I don't know if she recognized me. She was very nice and helped me with my package and thought my thank you for your order. Stickers were cool and went out of her way to seal the package without covering up my stickers but doing it correctly. She also wished me a very pleasant day and did all this with a smile!

This is my 4th different ups store so I know how things usually go. Never have I ever been charged extra for a repackage to ship a return. The customer service lady was efficient and explained everything, but made it clear that how it was at this location. Very strange. Not sure if it’s because it’s a franchise or what, but anyway the customer service was great she did perfect, but don’t like the extra charges.

Wonderful experience! I was greeted the minute I walked in and the sweet lady that helped me return an Amazon package made it an easy process.

Make sure you packages are taped with clear tape and your label is on before you get here.
Lady charged me $2 to tape my label on and put clear tape to replace the brown packing tape I used to close my box.
I thought she was selling me a roll of tape to fix it myself. NOPE. $1 to tape the label on, $1 to shut the box. What a rip off!

On hold for over 30 minutes before I gave up. I called to simply ask about a tracking number and if I could pick up a package. I got told by an African American lady "nah we busy." Aside from English obviously being very difficult for her, I simply replied, I can wait a few minutes if you have customers. She again said "nah we busy, we got deez peoples in here." I was then placed on effectively an indefinite hold. Perhaps I should work on my ebonics and then I would receive better treatment.
Didn't realize what should have been a 30 second call would be so difficult, but based on the tone and level of broken gibberish language I heard, I'm not at all surprised.

Don’t expect common courtesy like a little tape for your label. Common courtesy now costs at least a dollar, it does here anyway. What a joke!

This store does not abide by store hours. They open late and close early. I'm here at 6:45pm and they are closed even though their store hours say 7pm. This has happened frequently to me.
