My entire family uses this bank and so have I for almost five years now and it just seems like problem after problem. I trusted this bank to protect my money and they have not done that. I have had money taken from my account from a random check written by the fire fighters pension fund for almost $500 and the bank would not help me until my mom came to the bank even though they were in the wrong the whole time. More recently, last night, I was traveling home across states after just getting off from work and I needed gas. I have the secure swipe on my card as recommended by the bank and last night I could not access my money because of this. My app would not load and continued to say system failure for hours. They do not have a 24/7 support option for secure swipe. I was stranded at a gas station in a state where I knew nobody with no way to access my money. I searched the website for a solution and it was recommended to go to the app (which wasn't working). This was a terrible experience and I was scared of not being able to get home. I am sad that I have to get a new bank because I would love to stay with my local small town bank but it is unacceptable to have no way to access money that is mine.
