Just checked on my online order due to arrive today. After going through three people at the store,I was told that they don't know when to expect it, have no tracking number, and refused to cancel the order.
It seems that if they don't have it in stock you are not likely to be able to order it either. Extremely poor customer service from in store personnel. Don't shop this store.

This is the sorriest Tractor Supply. This is my third trip here in a week to get catfish food. They have NONE. I have complained about this problem over a dozen times over the years. One time a manager at the corporate level actually called me and said that would not keep happening but guess what? There are more times I go away empty handed than with product cause they simply dont have it. I mean its not like there is a shortage. Everyone one else has a ton but you have to drive to Barnesville or further to get it.

I’m appalled that this location shut their doors early. We went there today at 7:57 to quickly grab a bale of compressed alfalfa for our horses because we ran out and couldn’t get out earlier than we did, and they had the doors locked. This isn’t the “Tractor Way” and their management should be ashamed.

Be aware!!! I ordered for delivery today only to find out , not true. First I read not until Thursday, so I called and was told tomorrow, then they said sometime this week. Very upset. I requested when I ordered, for today for a reason. I will have to postpone delivery now for December. Very unhappy that what I requested including the time frame will not be honored. This sucks !!

As usual, this location has helpful and courteous associates. Good selection of animal feed, although prices are definitely still reflecting broader economic inflationary pressures.

It was my first time placing a curbside pick up, and instead of being greeted when the item was brought to my car, I was told, "We don't open until 8am just so you know." I checked in at 7:56am. Wow, 4 minutes before open, and she didn't bring it out until 8:02am lol.

My favorite place for propane refills. The price here is better than anywhere else in town, and you only pay for the amount added, so you can top off a partially empty tank less expensively. Nice folks and almost always enough staff around when needed.
