I went to this location yesterday to pick up a doordash. It was my first time picking up from here. I didn't see the stand right next to the door so I walked to the counter. The lady had just cashed someone out. I stood there while she stood there, not once did she acknowledge my presence. After she got done playing on the register she proceeds to go take bread out the oven. When she came back to the register I was still standing there then she says in a hateful voice "It's over there" and points at the stand. I have never eaten there and never will.

This subway is convenient for me I use the app to order so I done have to waist time onich break. I have had a salad with out meat and at a different time one without dressing. You gotta pay attendance to the order double check

I placed an order online and it said my order would be ready at 12:40. Well I came in at 12:45 and they had not even started it yet. I finally get my order about 1:10 so as I was leaving I bought some cookies. When I was riding down the road I grabbed a cookie started eating it then spit it out of my mouth. They were so old, had to be a few days old. Can't believe they haven't thrown those away yet. Won't be back to this location again.

REAL STINGY ON THE TOPPINGS!!!This place is ridiculous, I had to ask for extra onions THREE times. Now I understand some may not be big on the wonderful white ground bulb, but if I ask for onions I clearly enjoy onions. It's a very simple concept. The workers on the other hand, do not seem to understand that as they place a measly 5 singular onion slices on my sandwich. But if I request for some ranch I am given it in spades? Absoluelty abhorred. And to top it all off my sandwich was an inch shy of a footlong. This subway is "below mid" as the children say. I will be taking my money to the wonderful south hill street subway instead.

I would give this store a negative star but I have to at least give it one to right something. Went in the store had 2 employees working no other customers. My mother and I stood in line for 7 minutes while one of the employees was making sandwiches for an online order while the other employee walked away never even acknowledged that was there. So we left. But as we was walking out they acknowledged us then. They said “have a good day”. Apparently this location does not want to be open no more. So just drive past it and go to a different location. Their is a better sandwich shop in town on the left called “Firehouse” that will treat you better then this location!! I will not be back here!!!

This Subway location Rocks! A Co worker and myself decided to stop in and get a quick bite to eat. It was prime lunch time on a Friday and there was about 8 people ahead of us. There were only two ladies working the line and let me say they got it down fast. One was on the register and the other was hustling making sandwiches, toasting them, and topping them. I wanted a spicy Italian and it was the neatest sub put together I've ever seen. Toppings held together well after the cut and all. I always have a heap of toppings as well to ensure my monies worth. This location is a great amenity to the Griffin area. Keep up the good work!!

I’d like to speak with the franchise holder of this store, #39671. This store habitually closes prior to marked hours of operation and has frequently even been closed fully during “open” hours. This store will have people behind the counter but the doors locked during store hours. The employees working this store fail to answer phone calls from potential customers. People go out of their way to get denied access to a restaurant that claims to be open for business. I’ve reached out to CT and will be following up Monday.

Open and closed whenever they feel like it. Posted hours are apparently just a reference. If you're hungry and wanting subway you'll have to drive on down the road to get it most likely.

The last time I was there I could not order because I didn't have my phone ? also two other people tried to order same problem. This is ridiculous they had two employees in there doing nothing. I had my mask and both injections other stores are open what the problems. You are soon going to be out of business
