My experience with this facility has to be the worst customer service i have ever received. Very unprofessional,rude,wont answer the phones ive heard the staff gossiping out loud in the office about other customers private information. They add costs and late fees that were inconsistent from month to month. They advertise that the was clean and bug free location. I had to complain about my unit being infested with spiders and ratt droppings. There has been complaints of snakes gettig into the units. My time spent renting storage space from this location was nothing but a hassle and money wasted. Save yourself the trouble and take your business elsewhere.

If we had to choose one word to describe our experience with SecurCare Self Storage located at 2976 N Expressway Griffin, GA. It would be excellent. The manager Tammy with her asst. Kennetha are two phenomenal women. Very professional, and pleasant to work with, they were attentive to our every need. We were able to get what we were looking for, and needed in a storage. We look forward to doing continual business with them and SecureCare Storage. Thank you very much Ladies.
