Salvation does not help the low income and needy family in Spalding county even before the pandemic it is very hard to get through to the extinction to speak with someone to help with utilities even during Christmas I see favoritism the Salvation army in Griffin ga.. Spalding County does during Christmas and the holidays and see numerous of people donate for the community but yet they rarely give anything to support our community they need to be seriously investigated asap

Horrible place, Bell ringers committee are incompetent and gossipy, they will sign anyone up for this seasonal work mostly African Americans however, they pay $8 and will not help you if you are in need of assistance they are more concerned if you are “going to be ringing the bell at your assigned location.” People were homeless working for them and could not get assistance. The director Sara has been reported to her supervisor at Virginia Headquarters and Nicole the new coordinator will always gossip about your personal affairs, don’t tell her anything! She states she was “Homeless living in her car until she found a elderly lady who needed a roommate.” She will bring this person to Bell Ringers locations when switching out buckets. The store clerk who is dirty in appearance is extremely unprofessional. They seem to cater to the Caucasian customers more and dismiss and treat others with prejudice. Came to store on a few occasions and recorded the atmosphere. The clothing and items need to be sanitized and wiped down. Customers and myself saw suspicious stains of a white color on child’s red dress didn’t know if it was saliva or semen, mold spores on various items as well. As a Bell Ringer you can have a lawn chair to sit down. That is not told to you unless you complain of being on your feet for 6or more hours straight each day. Headquarters are not responsive to complaints and or take action, they too want to just listen to complaints and that appears to be just as gossipy as the local store.
