Do not order online and have items shipped to you unless you want a headache on your hands. Until recently, I was a loyal and repeat customer who stopped in whenever I was in town, purchasing items, and also ordering many items to be shipped to me out of state to my home. This continued, even despite recently noticing they have items that can be purchased on Amazon for less (I.e., Creative Co-op items). My recent order of 2 medium-sized vases arrived with one in several pieces. When I called the store, I was told to file a claim with USPS and provide pictures of the box, packing materials, and broken vase to them. Only if my claim was approved, then call back and they would discuss my options with me. UNACCEPTABLE to put this burden onto your customers, especially loyal ones. I will never shop from this store again, and I have several family and friends who now feel the same way.

I loved this store for years, until the beginning of this year. We’ve bought lots from them, including furniture, and loved it. I had stopped by there on my way through town earlier this year and found a gorgeous, large, expensive painting. I didn’t get it because it wouldn’t fit in my car, but about a week later, decided to make the trip to buy it in the truck. I called to confirm that it was in stock still, explaining that I was driving from Auburn, Alabama and I wanted to make sure it was still there. They said they offered a military discount but required me to have my ID in person and wouldn’t let me pay for it over the phone without seeing it. I asked the young lady on the phone if they would hold it for me, that I was leaving right away and would make the trek to get it. She agreed and said she would. What she didn’t tell me was that there was a sale storewide and that apparently their policy is that they can’t hold anything. I arrive in time to see that it’s being taken out because it had been sold. I was absolutely heartbroken and in tears. The manager came out and said that they could order me a new one, but that it would take a couple of months to come in, and they would even ship it to me at home for free. I offered to pay for it then, but she told me to wait until it came in. They also offered me a free candle for my traveling there, which was really sweet. Well, I called for a few months thereafter, and kept getting told very rudely that it was still on its way. They confirmed each time that it had been ordered and they would call me when it came in. It’s been over 7 months later, and no call. I’m very disappointed in how everything went down, and won’t be shopping there anymore.

Very nice store, with both a home decor section and clothing section. They even have a new cafe/coffee shop area. Clean bathrooms, too. It’s a really cool setup. Staff is nice. Plenty of stuff to look at and choose from. Prices are fair and the quality is excellent for the most part. We purchased a throw blanket and love it. We also got a candle that smells amazing. We’d love to buy more but we are from out of town. However I think you can purchase items online and they even have an app.

I thought the store looked lovely on line but I live too far away to shop there. I ordered a set of wooden salt and pepper shakers and a pottery style butter dish. On line they suggested it could be used for butter. Paid the $8 shipping. When it arrived the shakers were damaged. The top did not sit inside the dish makingit unusable as a butter dish. I immediately contacted the store. I was told the shakers were out of stock. They checked every butter dish they had and they all had the same issue. They stopped responding to my email so I started trying to contact them through Facebook. I had questions regarding the return that I needed answered. Since the return was due to no fault of my own would they credit my card instead of giving me a store credit as stated on their website? I also wanted to know if my $8 shipping would be credited in the refund? After several Facebook messages I got an email for a return label but no answer to my questions. I contacted them for days, regularly and no one would respond with the answers to my questions. I'm so disappointed to say the least and somewhat angry that I have paid for merchandise that I can't use. I will not shop with them again.I'm sure many enjoy shopping in the store but they should not be offering shipping if they are not able to make things right with customers.

Ridiculous policies and judgmental staffMy wife and I came here last week so she can find an outfit for her baby shower (she is 9 months pregnant). She ended up not wearing the clothes she bought and I brought them to the store to return them. First off, “according to their policy” they don’t give your money back and only give you store credit…excluding tax. Secondly, the absolute judgmental looks and remarks I got about the clothes “looking stretched out” and “obviously worn” because my pregnant wife simply tried on the clothes.Ridiculousness.

Beautiful home items and boutique. Upscale shopping in Griffin. Staff was super nice. Found a lovely jacket. Wish they had more larger girl cute items.

We went in looking for a few furniture pieces. Ashlynn was great and insightful on furnishings and accents to fit the room and our design ideas. She was easy to work with and made the process so easy. There is so much to choose from!

Words can’t even describe what a business this is!! Absolutely heartless! You can’t grow and be blessed if you don’t bless other people!!! Really sad when you shop at this store all the time and ask for a small anything donations to support a family that was in a bad car accident and has a bad brain injury and needs to get in to get help when someone tells you no! I will never shop here again!!! Customer service is terrible!!
