The stock in the store is good but some of the employees are extremely unfriendly and unprofessional. I asked a simple question to younger girl working the register and she rolled her eyes at me and couldn't be bothered. Since I didn't have luck with her I found another girl on the sales floor with her ear buds in and again she couldn't be bothered by me and gave me attitude as if how dare I disrupt her personal phone call she was having on the sales floor! Needless to say she too did not help me. Who hires these people? There is however one lady with the redish darker hair that is very nice and a great employee.

I'm torn on this location. Store is great! Upon check up my daughter was told, "You can grab your own receipt". Even when you have a bad day, you should be a little nicer

Recently applied for a stocker position and was given the runaround for 3 weeks. Then after coming in to the store twice they then said they weren’t hiring anymore. The staff was very rude and the manager was a very poor representation of the Ross company. This location needs to be shut down.

This is a great store! However, there was a lot of hype on Facebook about this 49 cent sale that they were having.We called the store before going up there asking them where they having a sale like that and they told us. Yes, they were currently marking things down. when we got to the store, it was only the clearance items that were marked down. And there was one item hanging on the entire clearance rack. Of course, That 1 item was actually a regular item that was put there by mistake. So either they didn't have very big of a sale at all Or they were already wiped out. But the ad on Facebook said not to get there too early because everything wouldn't be completely marked down yet. We got there around lunch and there was nothing there. So don't believe Facebook when they talk about their sales for sure.
