I went to Rita's earlier this week to get several rings resized. One of them came back with a crack in the band. The others barely pass for the size they were told to be sized to. The staff then wanted me to repay to size them again after telling them the situation.

I went in today looking for a ring to pick me up after recently losing my husband. Khristen was so patient and helpful and I found the perfect ring for me! The. Store is beautiful and I will be back for sure.

What an amazing experience! Rita and staff (I'm sorry I didn't catch your name) was so helpful. I originally went to griffin jewelers w no luck. For what I was gonna pay for a necklace from griffin, I was able to get the same necklace w a charm an the most beautiful ring for the same price. I'll post pics once I pick them up!!! Thank you guys, you've out done yourselves on e again!!!

This place made my Christmas! I have posted a negative review, an thought I changed it when they fixed the issue. They out did themselves this time. The necklace, charm, an ring are absolutely beautiful!!! Thanks Rita we will be back!!!

Online hours are wrong. Good place to go for sizing but this place is really hard to like. Their prices on items don't always make sense. They advertise as a pawn shop but it's new prices. They seem to be closed more often then tbey are open. They need one late evening per week at minimum for working people.

This place is garbage. I paid them 105$ to size, and replace a diamond. They smashed in the prong causing damage to the diamonds under it. So much pressure was applied it caused another diamond to fall out. They wanted another 50$ to fix what they caused. Then when my husband requested it back that we would go else where my ring was tossed across the counter. HORRIBLE SERVICE. Shame on Rita’s. They should own what they did. I know I do. I’ll be taking my Buisness else where. Seems their Buisness continues to run by causing more damage then lying blame on the customer. Karmas coming....

Worst jeweler ever. I went in to pawn my girlfriend's necklace. Which is a Sterling Silver butterfly chain with diamonds in the middle. The rude obnoxious lady proceeded to tell us that our necklace was worth nothing without testing any jewels at all. So I asked her if she could check them. And she got angry with me because I simply asked her to do her job. She threatened to call the police on me because I told she was getting a bad review. After doing nothing illegal. I will be in touch with my lawyer. Due to false advertisement and defemation of character.
