“The tech that opened my personal owned new tank was very knowledgeable and answered a lot of questions. He had all of the parts ready to go on his truck including the requested tank regulator. He also expedited a delivery to get us back in service.I was glad to have him work on our system and I feel terrible that I cannot remember names. I'm sure you can look him up.The propane delivery he ordered was completely hands free. I wouldn't have noticed the truck come and go if we didn't have a driveway chime.”
