This store saved my job 10 stars the other 5 stores I went to gave me a bad fuel pump and yes I literally went to 5 stores all defective this store was the only one that had a new one nothing broken on it my car runs great now

Came here because I just happen to be close but stood there for 15 minutes trying to buy a can of spray just so she this lady can talk to a customer about how they may have met each other. There’s another oreilys about ten minutes down the road In barnsville and they won’t disappoint.

The last two experiences I have had at this store have been unacceptable for a business. The customer service is below a 1 star review. Just recently, I walked in looking for a specific item. Multiple employees were walking around and there didn’t appear to be another customer besides myself. No one acknowledged me as I walked in. After looking for an AC item, I was able to locate it on an end cap. There was a young lady there that appeared to be relabeling or conducting inventory, she looked up at me and continued on. She never spoke or asked if I needed help with an item. I just walked out. You don’t have to be beyond happy and outgoing but at least acknowledging your customers and offering assistance especially when they are directly in front of you is super simple and a requirement at any job in that career field. Disappointed in the service again at this location.
