The service in this place is terrible. I was the only customer in the store and I waited 15 minutes to check out. The employees just stared at me I had to ask one of them to check me out. I don't ask for much but it ain't that hard to ring someone up. I am giving a one star because I gotta put at least one. Do not go to this location.

I came into town for my family reunion and needed to print programs in color on card stock paper. I was so impressed with the accommodations of OfficeMax. The store associate was extremely helpful, patient, and professional. She printed proofs free of charge before printing the full number I requested. I love that OfficeMax has multiple methods to submit documents for printing. I left my USB at home, but was able to log into my Google drive to have the documents printed. I also could have emailed the documents to OfficeMax to be printed as well.

Great place if you want paper and envelopes. Too many times other things are out of stock. Online inventory information is unreliable.

WOW. I'm from California, so it was a pleasant surprise to get such kind & helpful customer service at the copy & shipping counter. Very impressed! I usually avoid big box stores, but I guess I just experienced the Southern hospitality difference. I needed help doing my 1st ever FedEx, plus I needed copies, plus I was flustered from being under a strict time deadline, so the patient calm of the nice lady helping me made all the difference in the world to my mood. My hats off to management. Great team you have here! :)
