Took my phone to get the screen replaced, they talked me into getting tempered glass for extra cost. Making it seem like my phone would have insurance for a month if cracked again only with getting it. The tech throw away my phone case during fixing it, so I received it back with no case. I then dropped it on carpet from 4 feet high, and it cracked the Tempered glass. Came back to see the warranty, and was told there wasn’t it. I then asked about the tempered glass coverage. And was told it doesn’t exist, I then asked why would they make it seem like it did. I would not use

Absolutely horrible! GO TO AN ACTUAL PHONE TECH!! SOMEWHERE PROFESSIONAL! I don’t think they actually know what they are doing & it shows in there work ! DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY OR TIME !!

Chasity is VERY knowledgable about page plus issues and phone fixes. As well as verizon . She will take the time to explain things to you and take the time to fix the issues. Sometimes these things take time. Sometimes you (she) may be on the phone for an hour before you get your problem resolved . I myself have been on countless conversations with agents from my carier that have taken SSOOO much time. I have went to other "page plus certified" places and they didn't know half of the knowledge she does. She is the only one working in the store, so patience is a must. We could easily say "then hire more help" but we never know someone's circumstances. If you would like cheaper devices there are ALOT of other places to get them. If you are a page plus customer and enroll in auto pay (do it on the website, or call the customer service #) , you actually get a monthly discount. I have traveled to other cities to Apple and Samsung EXPERTS ( not these small town people that just know how to replace a screen or a charger port or a light for your screen or to "jail break" a phone so you can have the service you want) but EXPERTS (engineers) and they told me the same thing she has told me!!!! She has been tested and approved!!!! She has the knowledge and experience . If you want the truth, GO TO HER.

They should take this place's businesses license him and his wife are complete scam artists. Place is a RIP OFF. They will change your phone plan to a cheaper one keep the extra money and when u find out say he I'm only human sorry but u need to pay again after paying phone bill 3 days ago. They got the never tell me what's already happened has already happened nothing we can do about it we don't do enough business here to take care of the $55 sorry it was a misunderstanding that we swapped your phone plan

Horrible service, scam artist, over priced piece of shxx phones. Charged my mother 217 for a lg phone that cost 39 dollars at Walmart. Told her she had to upgrade phone in order to keep service. I would suggest never dealing with these people. Very unprofessional and unhealthy. RIPPPPPP OFFFFFFFF!!!!!!

Horrible service my sister in law dropped off my laptop to get a virus taken off and payed close to,100 dollars just to come back weeks later and get told they could not fix and also that they dropped it and cracked screen,and only gave refund back for repair charge,i only paid 100 dollars for laptop but i would like to be paid that since they broke it completly,

INSANELY SKETCHY. Very unprofessional, not the best customer service, I haven't even seen a business license, and the people who worked there threatened to spank their child, who was repeatedly grabbing phones and cases from the back with no supervision. I'm uncomfortable every time I come in and if I could afford to switch companies right now, I would just to avoid ever walking into this mess of a business ever again.

The single worst customer service I have ever experienced. I went in to pay a bill and had to wait for ten minutes while one employee talked on the phone to a technician about her son's phone and the other sat in front of her computer with earbuds in without even acknowledging me. There were three young boys, about 12 or 13 years old behind the counter and one of them asked me if I wanted to pay a bill. The employee with the earbuds on scolded him, telling him the other employee said "customers are going to have to wait till she's finished". I stood there another five or ten minutes before the lady got off the phone and asked me if I needed to pay a bill. She never got up from her comfy chair, kept scolding the kids, all while processing the payment I was trying to make. She then told me I could have called a payment in; I told her we'd tried to call several times for over an hour and couldn't get through. Maybe if she hadn't tied up her landline doing whatever she was doing about her son's phone, we wouldn't have had to resort to driving all the way into Griffin to pay. Lousy attitudes, unfriendly demeanor, and made me feel like an inconvenience instead of a paying customer. It's a good thing they still have Christmas decorations in the display cabinet. Because that's how long you'll be waiting to get served as a walk in. I gave them one star because it won't let you post without selecting at least one. They need to install the option to give them a negative number of stars because Mobile Tech of Griffin does not serve the Mobile Tech reputation well at all.
