“I am a VIP customer. I had an encounter last year with a manager at this location and I decided I was done patronizing this company. Due to this treatment, I called corporate and they advised me to see the manager. She was the manager so what was the purpose? I got a birthday gift this year that I couldn't wear so I had to go exchange it. Alicia, a manager i have never seen at this location, assisted me and she was extremely professional and courteous. I wish she had been the one to assist me prior to me getting this bad taste about the company.”

“Good place to go if you're trying to shop of course. My only beef is the fact that with the COVID thing going on store limit how many people can go in at once. So of course the Nike store ALWAYS had a line of at lease 20 people. Everywhere else was cool though.”

The ladies there go above and beyond to help you look for an outfit with honest and appropriate suggestions and opinions. They will always check for sizes and offer fitting rooms before I even ask. The prices are a steal and the quality of clothing is great. They also have a nice clearance section. They had very big selection and everything in the store was 60% to 70% off. Come here first before any other store in the mall. Great customer service and comfortable environment.”

“Friendly and helpful service with a good variety of what you’re looking for. It’s worth the drive if you’re not in the immediate area. I was looking for a specific product and decided to call ahead to make sure before making an empty trip. The associate actually placed me on hold and went to look for the item. Once she returned to the phone, she confirmed it was there. I was impressed! It has been so long since I’ve experienced good service in a retail setting.When I arrived at the store, the associate immediately recognized me by asking, “did you call on the phone?” She had placed the items to the side for me to purchase. I appreciate her efforts. I didn’t catch her name but she was light-skin, plus size with long black hair or braids and I think she had freckles too. She’s a great asset to this location.No long lines and the store was neat and clean.”
