Lack of customer focus and not really seeing any improvement has been declining for a while. My wife and I have been using thus vet for 13 years..time to look elsewhere, I advise you do your homework..they use to be the best ..don't feel like they really give a care but for the dollars

Your visit is dependent upon the Dr in the office. Sadly, a couple seem as if they are just doing a job and you wonder if they even like animals. Gone are the days of the old school vet. They are no better nor worse than others. We use them for the convenience of the location.

There is a stain on the service of this place as the two front desk workers can’t even find the time to do exactly what they’ve been hired to do....work.
