OMG! Exceptional service. They went Beyond expectation! Came in with an oversize package… Not sure how it was going to happen almost impossible. But each staff on site help with dedication and determination!!! With creativity and teamwork my package was complete for pick up!! So grateful for this team here at Mail N Copy! Ashton you are my hero!
Thank you so much for going above and beyond to always take care of me but especially today when a debit card didn't get to where it was going and you taking the extra time to pull back the cameras and look at the time and find the card and mail it at no cost overnight! If anyone's going to the UPS Store USPS in Griffin forget it go see Ashton! Nothing better than somebody you trust to handle your most precious things Thank you so much girl

The customer service at this facility is EXCEPTIONAL!
I have shipped many many items throughout this location for MANY YEARS and all of my packages have gotten to their destination in a timely manner. If I have ever had any issues at all they are quick to try and make things right, and to make sure to contact me with updates.
Ashton the manager is so friendly , and the owners are always so kind!

You do not want to trust this facility with your packages! My business needed to ship a very expensive order internationally but needed a special size box. So I went to Mail n Copy. They are not organized or properly trained on packaging and shipping. I requested multiple times to make sure the items were wrapped and secured in the box. Had to fill out paper documents, once they could find them, because they are not set up to ship through a computer. Was even charged for the wrong size box than what they used. This was 2/20. On 3/4 the package was returned to my office very damaged because the paperwork they attached to the package had no visible writing. Thankfully I had them attach my printed packing list that had our return address on it. I brought the package back to them the next day discovering that items were damaged and missing due to improper packaging. The lady there was immediately very helpful and admitted their negligence. Asked me to email them any pictures I had and if we discovered any other damage they would take care of it as well as any additional shipping charges for it to be shipped back out. The next day when I went to ship what items I could the owner then refused to take any responsibility. Stated I had to make a claim through UPS even though due to their labeling being blank UPS had no way of linking me with the package and stating the shipping facility was responsible for any claims. The owner was their every time I was there but at no point assisted his employee with proper packaging instructions, and did not intervene when they admitted fault and offered to take responsibility, only stepped in to refuse to make it right once he found out we were talking about very expensive items. I honestly feel sorry for the employees. It’s not their fault they were not given the proper tools and training. The owner should be ashamed of themselves not only for horrible customer service but setting their employees up to fail!

Will use Mail N Copy for all my shipping needs.After using Mail N Copy as my Holiday Season Mail Receiving Agency for over 15+ years, this past 2023 Holiday Season I thought I'd just have my deliveries sent to my new home, ? Ohhhh did I ever make a complete and total mistake I will never repeat, different delivery agents, items left it different locations on the property, then porch pirate's taking items before I could get to them, items left if mailbox that were too big for the box, so they just left the door open for everyone to see, or in once case a 3 foot long poster delivery tube, marked deliver to front door, fragile, first handled by the UPS, then handed off to USPS, it triangle poster tube package was crushed, bent in half busted and attempted to shove in mailbox, the contents were compressed, compromised and just plain severely damaged.And I also have two ounces of precious metals ordered, paid, shipped, and said delivered, then listed will be late, then delivery date unknown.No never againMail N Copy still has my business I have my mailboxes, at least I know with my deliveries sent to my delivery address I'm not needed to sit and wait and watch, I don't need worry about porch pirates, or security and locations, in fact in years past I've never had a damaged or missing item, with Mail N Copy, your getting a professional address, not just a mailbox, but a signing agent, mail room, security and nobody's going to just Walk in and pickup your package, upon pick up signature required, and no wondering where your packages are, with each company putting it in a different place, with mail n copy, packages are picked up and dropped off in a professional manner, and placed in care of staff who secure them, not thrown across your yard like a Frisbee, and delivery agent can't say they delivered to mail n copy without actually doing so.With Mail N Copy you have multiple options of shipping companies, way things are packaged and handled by speed, shipping, receiving, not to mention then so many other things, Copying, Faxing, Notary Services.So forgive me I sinned, I shall in the ongoing future always send and receive my important mail, packages, deliveries big/small, expensive or common items to my mailbox at Mail N Copy and give my recommendation to everyone to do business with Mail N Copy, N.
