Went into a store and bought a dryer. Was told it'd be delivered on Tuesday. Doesn't show up. HOURS of phone calls and an hour inside the store, and we FINALLY figure it what's happening. We find out they checked us out wrong in the store. Wait for next delivery. It comes, they don't hook it up like they're supposed to. We hook it up, have the handyman double check and the dryer is faulty. Now, four days later, we have NO WORKING DRYER, and are spending hours on the phone getting nowhere. Repeating the process for a thermostat we ALSO bought there. STAY AWAY for anything other than nails and screws. Update: days later, they were supposed to deliver a replacement and pick up the old one. They only scheduled the pickup. So now we just don't have a dryer

I purchased a dishwasher and they had to deliver one from the distribution center. I received it fine and was able to get it installed in a few days. When we determined that it did not work as advertised I tried to take it back. We were inside 30 days but they determined that since I did not use their credit card I only had a 48 hour warranty. They are holding to this policy. Please be aware they do not warranty anything past 48 hours unless you use a Lowe's credit card.

I'm torn on this Lowes. They have an amazing selection of plants and trees, stuff you can only find at specialty stores. That being said, you can never get anyone to help you. I've spent 45 minutes or more waiting on help on multiple occasions.

This Lowes has the ABSOLUTE WORST online service I've ever delt with in my LIFE!!! One thing I can say is that they are constant with their failure, me (multiple times), my brother, my neighbor. DONT NOT ORDER NOTHING THERE OR ANY ONLINE RESERVATION! You have been warned.

Lowe's in Griffin GA has the absolute worst customer service of any business that I have have had dealings with and the associates and management could care less. I tried for two days to order a refrigerator, the first day in store and the second day over the phone. They are the worst for answering the phone and when they do they put you on hold and never come back. I am done with this place. No more business from me.

Terrible customer service at Lowes of Griffin, GA. Long waited on the phone, employees don't know how to handle problems, phone calls aren't returned as promised,...all the way up to Assistant Manager. So much potential for this business but they've ruined their reputation with me.

They refuse to answer the phone and when they did answer they transferred me to another customer calling about an issue instead of to the right department. I've called 10 times in less than 6hrs about getting my carpet installed. The worst location ever. Horrible customer service and they don't care

I called today and talked to a lady in appliances for my job at Carreker Construction. Her name was Lolli. She was such fun and a joy to talk with and she did an awesome job helping me. I had already called several stores. Lolli if you read this Thank You so much for all your help. You ROCK!!

This is a VERY VERY poorly managed store. I've bought two appliances to be delivered from this store. Both experiences were disasters. No communications at all when items were to be late. Can't even get a person when you call the store - supposed phone issues. Give me a break. I've been dedicated to Lowe's for 20 years, but I am now moving my business to Home Depot. Very sad when companies treat long term customers like they are a dime a dozen. Never order an appliance from this store. The only reason they got 1 Star is because zero wasn't an option. If you are a Lowe's shareholder then sell your stock!

This store is terribly managed. No one works in the appliance department and they sure as heck won't answer their phones. Heck, the store manger won't even answer the phone when called. I get it, we're dealing with a crisis, but wouldn't it help if this business would answer their dang phone to help lower their numbers in the store? Well, I went to the store and when I got there probably every associate in the store walked past me before a kid finally stopped and asked if he could help. He did the best he could, but it wasn't his department and when he called some women for assistance they just blew him off. I'm just thankful that there is a Home Depot across the street!

They have a huge selection of plants, shrubs and trees. The prices are great. Mulch as well as pots for planting, fertilizer and potting soil.

Lowes is ok if you know what your looking for of time. I'm usually able to get in and out without too much of an issue but its hit or miss 50% of the time if an employee knows the answer to your question. Overall I enjoy the store.

1/7/2020 How long do people have to wander around the paint department before someone shows up?! One customer was rolling around filling up a cart & a couple others were looking at paint chips (on one side) & I was looking at paint chips (on the other side), plus the chalk paint down one aisle, etc. I was having to pick out whole new colors & deal with completely different paint lines that I wasn't familiar with, because the paint department at the Home Depot in Thomaston had ticked me off for the last time... & I had lots of questions! Plus you're always going to need an employee to mix the paint for you... which means that the paint department has to be staffed by SOMEONE. Where were they? I finally got tired of waiting. Across the street to Home Depot for me. I shouldn't have to go to 3 different home improvement stores to get help in one paint department! You lost a potential new customer.
