I live 16 miles or so away, but even though we are heavier populated than Griffin, no one around me does hand washing anymore, and I refuse to use automatic car washes. My truck was overdue, and it was cold out this morning. I called ahead, and since I only wanted an exterior wash, the lady said to drive on in. 25 minutes later, I was there and greeted by Kenny, who asked what my needs were. The guys did an awesome job, and when I'm not able to do it myself (as usual), they'll be my go-to place from now on!I went back a few days later with our other vehicle, and once again, a superb job! It was filthy when I took it in.

Called in and asked for car wash prices as well as a wax as I wanted to get my car done today. Over the phone I was not informed the first time the waxes were Monday - Thursday, until I got there.The car wash took approximately 1 hr and 15 minutes. As I was waiting I noticed a car pulled in and get washed before my own, and there were cars in line.Would rate the wash itself a 4 or 5. They did a great job. Rating a 3 as business communication can improve to prevent the consumer from wasting time on assumptions made over the phone (also was cash only as well and wasn't informed over the phone).
