Went to pick up groceries and baby food for my little girl was told I can not input my EBT card because the name didnt match my name cause the card is under my wife's name which doesnt match my name cause im not her. I have to input the card cause the strip is messed up. Anyone who uses EBT knoes how long it takes to get a new card so we cant wait for a new card to come in when we need food. So i would be weary of shopping here if you use EBT and your card doesnt swipe. I have used it in the past here with no issues from managers. Today May 19th 2024 was a different story the manager told me since the card was taped and didnt match my name i cant use it. Even tho my wife was in the card feesing our baby and couldnt come in because of it.

To be honest they shouldn't even have a one star all the people out here who shop from Kroger I'm with you but working for Kroger such as I did is completely terrible reason is I'm a cancer survivor tho I had a 15 min break if I was to get hot or need meds or water I was scolded and told I would be fired for anyone wanting to work at Kroger just know even for a little bit of money you will be making nearly $100 if not less it's sucks and if you have bills don't work at Kroger everyone have a good day. ??- Kroger

I will never use their pharmacy again. 3 an a half hours to get standard prescription filled. That dont make no sense an theres no line ive never seen no one use this place i guess i know why now. Never again
