Took my 2023 F-150 in for repairs after I hit a deer at 45 mph cause it was my insurance recommended shop. The damage was only to my bumper, grill and headlight. I told their manager (John) that’s all I wanted repaired. He told me it would look “like new” and take less than 3 weeks to get parts and make repairs. The claim to my insurance was $11,000. Come to find out they replaced way more then was damaged. Can you say insurance fraud? Worst of all when I get my truck back it looked terrible. Splotchy paint, missing pieces, wrong parts and loose bolts. So I had to leave it with them for another 2 weeks. Then I see they used double sided tape to stick weatherstripping back on the pain was terrible and still had wrong part on it and loose bolts. Then they fired John and hired Haley (manager). She wasn’t any better. Dragging out the re-repairs for another 6 weeks. Of course it was still subpar and had me leave it with them for another week. That’s when I noticed damage that happened while in their shop. Had to go to a paintless dent repair guy and bring it back for new weatherstripping. Still have scratches and mix match paint. Now they have a new manager (Angle) who wants me to bring it back for more repairs. I don’t trust them to work on my truck anymore so I’ve placed a complaint with the BBB and will be taking them to court for compensation. I’m not the only case like this either. Don’t go to Kenney collision in Griffin. They have 2 shops but it’s the same people at both shops.

Sad to say Kenney’s had worked on 2 Cars for me in the past. Recently had taken my wife’s Car in to have repaired with front damaged from about a 20mph Crash airbags did not deploy. They gave my insurance a quote for around $6,000 to repair which I thought was ?Liberty Mutual sent a check the Kenney’s came back and said it would be $13,000 and some change. Now granted it’s a 2017 Audi Q5, but no way In GOD’s green Earth did that car have $13k in damage. Visible damage entire front plastic had cracks, front edge of hood was slightly rolled. No Damage to Headlights,or fenders. Radiator was leaking and whatever behind the grille.Liberty Mutual decided to Total the car as a loss. Was still working out the details with Liberty Mutual the same day if we were going to keep the car or whatever. My wife called me after going to get the rest of her things out of the car and asked why they were taking parts off of her car. I went to Kenney’s and they taken the drivers side fender(not damaged) they pulled the drivers door panel off to get the Side mirror and handle off and the chrome trim off the door. I was told they were pulled to color match( the side mirror, handle& trim)? Done by the V.I.N.. Instructed them that when Liberty Mutual came to pick the car up every piece they scavenged off of my Wife’s Car better be back on it. Done with them.

Unfortunately I did not have a good experience with Kenny's Collision. Was told that I would receive communication throughout the process but that did not happen.1800 repair that took more than 2 months.Paint was not finished in their opinion because of the angle of the accident was not exactly in that area ( 6 inches away) .Don't like to leave bad reviews but they earned this one.Services: Steering & suspension repair

Kenny’s fixed my Explorer after tree fell on the roof and door frame. Completed faster than originally estimated, and they even vacuumed out the massive amounts dog fur. Phones were consistently answered, with communication on progress. Shop was honest about repairs, coming in under the estimate. Before and after photos below.

Bought a 2013 Nissan Sentra from kenny around july 2018 and this car has been nothing but amazing! I recommend at least going to the lot and kenny will let you test drive any car you like.

I bought my first car from this business and I wouldn’t recommend anyone looking for a reliable car to buy one from this establishment!!! Please do not waste your time. I’ve had the car for 2 weeks and I already have $1200 worth of repairs I need. No lights were on when I initially test drove it, this business will do the bare minimum to get the car out of the door and that’s when the truth comes out. Also none of the cars there have warranties. That says enough right there
