If i could rate it zero stars i would. I came into the store Monday 10/23 , an employee by the name of sukiah ( i think thats how it’s spelled ) was extremely disrespectful . I will never, ever return to this store! I visited the store to look at engagement rings, and I had a terrible experience. I will keep leaving negative reviews. She was extremely ghetto and had an attitude . She was gossiping about other co works & lacks class and shouldn't be dealing with customers with that kind of manner . I feel that’s very unprofessional . In order to share my experience with everyone ( my family and friends) I will also be publishing this on Facebook .Other than that , beautiful store . HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE BOO ??

Great experience! I had such fun, and I appreciate the patience as we shopped for my anniversary gift. I didn't expect to actually have the purchase made right then and there, but it was perfect. Plus, they cleaned our current jewelry.

Recently went in and got a engagement ring for my fiancé. After I got approved for a lease on the ring, I later learned that I was not given all the information. The price doubled as well as the payments. I feel tricked and I advise that Noone do business with this jewler ever!!!

I'll never take anything else to Kay Jewelers to be repaired I paid almost $200 for my necklace to be fixed and it's still not repaired.This the third time it came back apart where they supposed to repaired it.They refused to refund my money or repair.The customer service is horrible.

DO NOT BUY FROM HERE. FAKE DIAMONDS!!!! THEY ARE PASSING MOISSANITE OFF AS REAL DIAMONDS. BOUGHT A $700 RING TO LATER FING OUT IT WASNT EVEN A REAL DIAMOND.

Tried calling the store multiple times no answer. Figured no big deal they just busy Several times to confirm hours of operation. I check online hours and it says they would be open until 8pm. I arrived at 6.40 and they are still there with the door locked telling me they closed. pointing at a sign taped on window with different hours. If you going to not answer your phone at least update the schedule online so people not waisting their own time
