They had what I was looking for. But the cashier was rude as heck! I had my 3 & 5 year old with me and she seemed incredibly annoyed by them. They're kids. They are gonna be jumping and playing.

Store was partially destroyed in a tornado a couple years back ... New roof, new inside ... VERY nice store and very kind staff!

Unfortunately when re-designing the store after the tornado. They made the sewing section smaller. They took out a whole isle of fabric and squeezed everything in the corner. I don't go as often as I use to because of this....sorry Hobby Lobby you ruined a good thing.

Good Hobby Lobby, most everyone was friendly. Some of them seemed like they were in a foul mood, but 3 of the 5 I personally encountered seemed very friendly and helpful.

If I could give this location zero stars I would. I have never been treated so poorly at any other establishment ever! I tried to return some decor that I recently purchased from this location and I lost the receipt so I simply asked if I could exchange it for in store credit as I changed my mind about the purchase. I did not expect a refund. I shop here weekly and I just wanted store credit. The cashier named Nancy has an extremely vile and disgusting attitude and she should not be allowed to work in retail or any customer service related position. She demanded that I provide her with a credit card to search for the transaction. I used a gift card originally but she refused. She tried to say they didn’t sell these items anymore which was a complete lie because I went back to verify and they still carry these items as it has not been long since I purchased them. I asked for my items back and said I would take them to another location. She said that’s not necessary and I explained it was since she was not willing to help me. She acted as if she was not going to release my purchased items back to me. I had to ask her multiple times and she finally threw my stuff back in the bag and I took them. She was extremely rude. I will not shop at this location anymore. You would think they would be trying to re establish customer relationships considering the store just rebuilt from a catastrophic tornado. Clearly customer service means nothing to this location.

Nice store, but something was off. The manager was at the front door, as this was grand opening day, but he didn't greet anyone, and when we checked out our cashier was very rude.
