Awesome service! They replaced the batteries in my watch, and helped me find a previously hard-to-find replacement silicone band for another watch I own. They're super friendly and knowledgeable. I definitely recommend and they're now my go-to for all things jewelry.

Griffin Jewelers are very beautiful and very communicative and very nice people. They take the time to serve each customer from replacing a battery in your watch, to selling you the most expensive piece of jewelry. I love going there, they have a big sale going on, so go check them out.

I've been here before to have a few diamond stones tested that I bought from my supplier. The two young ladies ( I assume they are the daughters of the owners) that tested my stones were soo sweet and kind. My stones tested as diamonds and that reassured me. I think I may go back and get a few more stones tested here just off of the great customer service alone.

Excellent job with my wedding band. It’s been broken for a year now and not only was it fast service but the quality is amazing! Everyone I talked to was extremely friendly!

Recently started going here for watch battery replacement/repair, and necklace repair. I've shopped at alot of jewelry stores and some were okay and some not. This place is hands down the best most friendliest jewelry store I've ever been to. I highly recommend!!!

My mom and I took my 7 year old daughter to get her ears pierced for the first time ever. 5 stars is not enough ?? they were amazing. From the price to the care and instructions. I'm blown away. I definitely recommend going here. My daughter is in love with her earings. Thank you

I had a real difficult watch and they went above and beyond to fit perfectly to my wrist and I suffer from tiny wrist syndrome... it’s only three of em but they work like a factory line that cares I love this business... I’m a customer as of 3/20/2021 ??????

The people that work here are incredibly friendly and knowledgeable. My Dad bought my class ring here years ago, I continue to go here for watch batteries and repairs. Lovely store, lovely people.
