Don’t shop here unless you want to be overcharged and when u bring it back they won’t give you your money back unless you have the receipt even if you have a picture of it. Yes I lost it but I still had proof they overcharged me. And I spoke with the manager and asked her the day I bought it if it was a good product so the manager knew I paid for it.

There are not signs stating this, but do to in and go directly to cash register. They want you to go around the merchandise even if there's no one in line. If done more than once they will literally say you can't shop there now more.

Staff needs to be trained when new policy rolls out . Cash app can now load cash at Family Dollar and also Dollar General. This family dollar would not even attempt to try ( she stated it would crash her computer ) . I have over 10 years experience in retail as a store manager so I know the computer will not crash . It might decline but not crash !!!! She informed me she would not do it she had been there 9 months and has never been able to scan a barcode from a phone . Remind you cash app just rolled this out a few weeks ago . However I could call and speak with her store manager in the morning. So I am awaiting a call from corporate and or the district manager soon . I left went to Dollar General and they new all about the new roll out , and I had no issues . Also there computer didn’t crash !!!

Most of the time the staff is very friendly but the night staff closes early every night at 9:45 when the hour is specifically say they don't close till 10:00 this is happened on numerous occasions they're closing early and I'm sure they're costing the company business by doing this one time the lady ran to the door when she saw me pull up and locked it at 9:45 very unprofessional, there was also two of the customers waiting to get in
