sold me a vape knowing it was broken, maybe got 20 hits in before it blinked dead. Dude on the phone was extremely rude. It was supposed to be 1500 puffs.

Always very helpful and friendly. They'll guide you to the right decision in your purchase. A little bit more expensive than others BUT I personally think it's worth it. I will only get my vape products from them.

I have done business with electric smoke in Griffin and Thomaston for over a year and the employees are always very helpful and courteous.I won't do business with any other shop.

I went in and asked for a specific setup. I told the guy I had a setup already that was missing screws and described the screws that were missing. He neither listened nor asked appropriate questions and made some wild assumptions and sold me part of a setup for something completely different that doesn't even use screws. The only question he asked was whether I had a charger already. Then there's no refunds so when I went back to ask how it worked and he realized his mistake, I'm just out of money due to the very poor customer service at this shop.

I know right now every store has guidelines. But I just took my husband to this store to buy him a new vape for fathers day, we tried to go in together because he was picking what he wanted put and I was buying. The rude dude working there today said, only 1 customer I said we are together and told him what we was doing, his exact words were and with a rude voice "I dont care only 1 at a time" um nope I'm never spending my money there again!!!We have never had a rude experience there before. We will never go back!
