Maybe you should use the two cashiers you had in the store to ring up your customers instead of them being in the back of the store putting things away causing your customers to have to use the self checkout. How much money are you losing with no one watching customers ring up their own items or leaving outright because they need a cashier to process gift cards, get cigarettes, etc. Or do you expect your customers to do that too? Your employee named Leigh needs to find a job where she doesn't have to deal with the public because she got an attitude when I had to ask her to come ring up a $100 gift card. You should be thankful for that sale because I should have walked out without giving your store any of my money after that rude behavior. If you don't want to work then don't. I understand help is hard to find but hire people that take pride in themselves and their job. It will payoff in the long run because you are going to lose a lot of customers with employees like Leigh in your store.

This store is the true spirit of a DG, it is dollar general. Like this store really looks like a CBL DG if you know what I’m sayin. 10/10 clean and stocked. Perfection

A sign says it's been remodeled but it doesn't look like it. Windows covered so it looks sketchy. Inside was crowded and not that clean. Cashier didn't say a word during or after the transaction.

Went to DOLLAR GENERAL STORE TODAY , STORE # 17055 IN GRIFFIN GA ON North Expressway and was charged for an extra can of DINTY MOORE BEEF SOUP and was not supposed to be charged but for 4 cans , probably a new cashier wasn't paying attention or didn't care. Time of event was 3:15 PM . THEY will not answer the phone to talk about this incident . And can't get corporate office to answer phone either. So check your bags at check out and receipts.

I don't even go to Dollar General anymore because they NEVER have anything I need. Also I can't ever find anyone that works there. I feel like people could just walk out with their stuff without paying for it so easily. Especially with that self checkout thing they have there should be someone there monitoring it. Dollar General is not broke they are a multi billion dollar company and can't keep their aisles stocked or their employees happy. Very disappointing, they need to stop building them I swear there's one on every corner. Bunch of empty buildings....

They have lacked on there stock of some supplies. But that is due to the virus. But I have been trying to find a place to go and get my favorite cleaners again. Otherwise they are my favorite store to go to as far as price and convenience.
