Curry's Collision made me feel at ease as soon as I walked in the door. They provided excellent customer service were knowledgeable, and were helpful. They answered all my questions and made sure I understood everything during my estimate. They called me kept me informed about my appointment and even reminded me the day before. My car was finished within a week and they did a great job on my repairs! I have used them throughout the years and have never had an issue.Services: Painting

My husband had a wreck yesterday and they towed his motorcycle. We went today to see to get it and they didn't even charge us for the overtime fee. They are the best people and nicest their place is awesome have a play area for kids. This will be our place to go for now own

I got in a car wreck in early March and was the only vehicle with damage so decided not to repair it thought insurance to save a little on my monthly payment, I made this clear throughout the entire process. I did an online estimate with Curry that came out to $2700. I took it to two other places and their estimates were way over. I made an appointment with Curry thinking it was to drop off my vehicle, because it did not state otherwise anywhere. When I got there they did an in person estimate and brought it down to $2500 and then told me I could bring it back in June! 2.5 months later! I waited until the end of May and called and they said they could get it in a week earlier. When I dropped it off, I filled stating it was self pay NOT insurance and mentioned one of the tires had a slow leak. They said they don't touch tires but would keep it filled up for me. Three days after dropping it off they called me back and said the estimate had increased... to $5000! Doubled! I asked to speak with someone to understand what had happened and I was connected to Steve who was very rude. He claimed that it was only an online estimate to which I replied he had done the in person estimate that I still had. He said they didn't know certain things were missing such as my fog light, but there was a gaping hole in the bumper that was obvious in person and in pictures. He finally said I "must just be trying to save a few bucks" and "it's called an estimate for a reason". I told him that I planned to pick up my vehicle the next day and would be taking it elsewhere. The next morning he called to apologize and admitted to driving up the cost because they thought it was through insurance and brought it back down to $2800.I decided to let them work on the car because I had already waited so long to get in, I didn't want to start over at a new shop.Last week, we called to get an update and were told that it would be done in the next 24 hours and they would call us back when it was ready. We didn't hear anything and called back on Saturday morning, when we realized they were only open during the week 8-5.This week, I called again and they said they were wrapping up and would call me when it was done. They called back shortly after and said they were missing another piece and they'd have to order it. Luckily, I saved the chunk of my bumper that came off and they were able to reuse it.I was finally able to pick up my car a week after they said it would be ready within 24 hours and almost a month after dropping it off. When I pulled out of the lot, my tire pressure light was on. They had not filled my tire up once in the entire month it was in their possession and the PSI was down to 9.The only saving grace is that the work was done and the car looks good, but I will NEVER use or recommend Curry again.

The staff are professional, courteous and treat you like family. I had the best experience. Text updates on my vehicle and the progress of the repair every couple of days. Handled the rental return so I could get to work. Repair was done 3 days earlier than quoted. There is a reason they've been in business so long, they've got the BEST customer service, they know how to treat a customer. Their work is EXCEPTIONAL and TOP NOTCH I can't even tell that I was ever in an accident. I didn't expect much from a collision shop but they exceeded my expectations 100%. My son had an accident they towed a car to their lot but would only take cash. Plus $400 for a 3 mile tow in cash only? Not like we had a choice to have it towed home or anything. The front desk couldn't answer our questions fully until the tow truck driver was available. So I don't know if I'm rating a towing company or a collision center. It was there for less than 24 hours btw. They had card machines up front, so I'm confused about the situation. I think they wanted to keep the car saying it's totaled but it's not says 3 other people in the industry. BTW we drove it home, ran perfectly fine. 2016 Nissan Altima
