Grimy, sleazy snakes in the grass!!! I don’t know the name of the salesman my daughter had, but she specifically told them she couldn’t afford more than $450 per month and they come back 20 mins later and tell her the best they can do is $576. Understandably, her credit isn’t the best so we went home and took time to think about it. The very next day, she was told by the same man on the SAME EXACT vehicle he couldn’t go lower than $625. I’m not sure if it boils down to the financial manager being dirty and trying to get the best bang for their buck for his workers, but steer clear of this establishment if possible

Jason was wonderful at guiding my buying experience so that I found a vehicle I loved that was within my budget. I came in with vague wishes for a small SUV and left with a 2024 Nissan Kicks. I can’t say enough good things about my new car or my buying experience.

JD was an amazing salesmen and went out of his way to help with everything. I already knew what car I wanted going in, but he did everything he could to help with financing, my trade in, and even helping with the price. Everyone else was incredibly kind and welcoming. Even Chris, the finance manager who assisted me, said "you're a part of the family now." His words were genuine, and JD has even contacted me to ensure I'm enjoying my new car and to let him know anytime I need anything. Amazing staff and service.

As a recent college graduate buying my first car, I had a really positive and easy experience here, even with my limited work history. The team was super helpful, explaining everything and working with me, making the financing process for my first car pretty smooth.

Found a vehicle online and contacted the dealership. Got some information from sales rep and did some checking of my own. Called back to verify some things and talked to a different person and emailed some info and a clarification. Took off work to drive to get the vehicle, a 4 hour drive, and as I am leaving work sales manager calls and says I’m sorry that vehicle sold two days ago. Now I had already talked to two people and they didn’t even check to see if the vehicle was there after me telling them I was in my way and about the drive. To top it off about an hour later I received a call from the dealership and guy says good news we have the vehicle you inquired about! Told him what I was told he then checks and says yeah oh my bad and that was that. I’m glad I ended up not buying from them no telling what would have happened. But if I would have made that dl drive after being told that the vehicle was their man it would have been bad.

They had the car I wanted at a good price. Not a fan of the dealer fees but total amount was still in line with other advertised prices. Sales staff was friendly and helpful. They got me in and out in a little over an hour.

Can’t say I’m impressed with the handling of this sale. Needed a delivery van and found one online at Cronic. This is the 2nd Nissan NV200 I’ve bought and this one has low mileage, so didn’t really feel like I needed to do a major test drive. Deal was finalized on a Friday, picked the van up Tuesday. I live 1.5 hrs away. Saleman says let’s do a test drive. Van smells like farm animals. Salesman tells me he can’t smell it and that is just how it smells in the south. Ride the farm van back to where I live, tear out the cargo mat (there is feed and possibly animal droppings under it) have a professional detailer come in. Cabin filter needs to be replaced, too. This should all have been done before the sale. Complain to the salesperson and they allow $100 for deodorizing the van. Professional detailing was $175. Not sure if this is because it was all done online, or we can just get over on a woman, but not happy with the non disclosure and then playing people for dumb. Be very careful what you buy at this location. Apparently everything smells like farm animals in Griffin, Ga and that’s just the smell of the south for you!

Don’t buy from here unless you want to be disrespected and raked over the coals. Came in to buy a truck, I gave them a starting figure I was comfortable with paying for said truck, and they would not budge on the price at all. That’s not how negotiations and business in the dealership industry works…. They didn’t even give me the decency to come back with a counter offer. I’ve bought 4 vehicles over the last 10 years in 3 different states and I’ve never seen such a tacky business model. The kicker? They reduced the price of that same truck the very next day. Y’all are dumb. Could have had a sale, but I’m glad I walked out and took my business elsewhere.

I loved working with the sales team at Cronic Nissan. They were quick, professional and got me in my new Nissan Pathfinder happily--my first new car! I'd highly recommend their dealership to others in the area. I chose them because of Owner/Dealer Wanda Cronic Howell's stellar reputation in the community for giving back. And they did not disappoint.

In March 2023, I specifically came in to the Cronic Nissan dealership to trade in my 2016 red **** focus car. The salesman ******************* told me that him and a couple of his colleagues called my loan company and told them that the company can pick up the red ******************************* repercussions. I agreed to that initial statement because ultimately I wanted to get rid of the 2016 red **** focus and get a new vehicle. I went along with the sales process in mind that the ************************************ my name/ i will not be making payments on it. The dealership sold me a 2023 new Nissan Kicks. I called my loan company to go through the steps on how to trade the vehicle in and they told me I would need to voluntarily repossess the 2016 red **** focus but it would impact my credit score negatively. ********************* words at the dealership led me to finical burden. I went in initially to trade in my car. His statement had me believe I was taking another route to do a trade in to where Im not stuck with two vehicles and going way over budget. However, now I was stuck with two cars I couldnt make payments on.I went back to the dealership and another sales man named ***** gave me the options to trade both vehicles, my 2016 red **** focus and 2023 Nissan kicks for a used 2022 nissan Altima. This was not a fair deal again because now my payments are much higher than what I was paying. I went from paying $544 on the new car Nissan Kicks car to $622 on a used Nissan Altima car.

My experience with Cronic Nissan was exceptional. I was a second time customer with Cronic. Both Jason Presley and Jessie worked with me to find the car I wanted and that fit my budget. We couldn’t find the perfect car my first day there and they stayed in contact with me and let me know when they had my car in stock. And Keith, the finance manager was a huge help as well. I can’t recommend these guys enough. I’ll be a customer for life!

Very poor experience. Bought a used vehicle from them and it was clearly not serviced. DEF fluid and washer fluid was completely empty. Little things but if they can't do the little things correctly they can't be trusted to do the big things correctly. I had to take it to a 3rd party to inspect it just to make sure it was safe. Sales person was ineffective at getting anywhere close to the price I wanted and he couldn't get the one issue repaired I asked him to. Stated my top price kept coming back trying to get $500 more. Buying a vehicle is difficult and expensive enough without all the unprofessional and money grabbing tactics they pull here. Not worth the time or energy.

This was the best car experience we have ever had buying a vehicle. We got there shortly before closing, and Jesse took care of us as if we were the first customer of the day. They had the car we wanted in stock, no games, and honored the price that we saw on the Internet, even after giving us the lot price. The finance team was amazing, no back-and-forth. Understood what our terms were and was able to work within those terms. We had been to many other dealerships that said one price online and when we got there, there was a $20,000 mark up! You won’t find that here!
