“So blessed to have a place where you know and can feel they really do care and love to help others. They are so great I've been a return customer for 10 years!!”

“Salvation Army really helped my family out this Christmas..my kids are going to be so excited when they wake up..I cried my whole way home because i was so grateful and realized that its so many people that dont even know us can care so much and understand. .The men loaded everything in my car while it was raining and still had a smile on their face..I just cant wait to get my life together and able to help families..They are truly a blessing..I Love SALVATION ARMY”

“It was a big store and very clean, well organized, on the day I visited. The pricing is wonky and, in my opinion, too high for used toys. $10+ for a child's floor piano that was in poor condition is too much. But I could find a Dr. Browns working bottle warmer/sterile in good condition for only $8. Doesn't make sense.”

“I will always recommend Pinewoods to anyone, even though I had one bad experience, but overall, I was pleased with my son 15 days stay. The staff are overworked, but to my knowledge they are doing the best they can, there are one or two spoil apples but they are the minority.I must compliment the Case Manager Mr Prince for his hard work.Lastly, I will not forget to mention the bad experienceTwo weeks after my son was discharged, he went into a crisis, so I took him back to Pinewoods, I ran into the building with my son, and told the front desk person that my son is in a crisis, meanwhile my car was running so after letting her know the problem, I left and parked my car, as I was about to get out of my car, my phone rang, and the person said, "this is Candace and that I must come back and get my son" because they don't run a DAYCARE, she then hang up the phone.I called back and spoke with nurse Amy, who was very professional, she listened and told me that she will let Candace know, that he was a patient two weeks ago.I don't know if Candace is a NP or a Nurse, but nevertheless her behavior was unacceptable.I don't know who is Ms Candace boss, but whoever is her boss, please disapline her, she is a disgrace to PinewoodsI have never, ever, felt so humiliated, that a professional staff could use such words..Thank you Nurse Amy for listening and thanks to the staff that made my son stay comfortable. Thanks Mr Prince, you are the best!”
