Do not recommend this particular center. My grandson attended this center and nothing but problems. First problem the lady in control was calling telling her friend each time mygrandson was pickup and who was picking him up. Second mygrandson was placed in a crib when he was supposed to be in the 1 year old room and he fell head first out onto the concrete floor.Third they continued to loose his stuff cups, shoes, cloths, diapers, blankets. Forth they cannot keep enough staff because the lady in charge now is not a good leader nor has any manners or concerns for the parents concerns. Mygrandson was moved from here and where he is now he is safe and happy and BY WRITING THIS I HOPE IT SAVES ANOTHER PARENT FROM THE HEADACHE OF safety and worries. Still till this day haven't had his shoes, cloths nor any diapers and cups he had there.

I appreciate the staff at Childcare Network. They do well making sure the kids are safe and cared for. Especially Ms. Nadia. She's great! She has been there for my baby girl from her first day when she was scared to now. Ms. Nadia is always pleasant to speak with and is very helpful. I am happy to see the progress the staff have made to improve the classrooms and overall cleanliness. I hope they continue to improve.

I have several children in this daycare, and I can tell you that Nydia and Katie are the best! Nydia has gone above and beyond to help my children feel comfortable and adjust to being away from their home/parent. All the kids love her! When one of my client's was struggling with leaving her child in daycare for the first time, Katie was very understanding, and assured my client that she could call as many times as she needed to throughout the day to check on her child. These ladies have been such a blessing to me and my clients.

My son has been enrolled here for two years now and everyone here has been awesome! His favorite teacher has been Miss Nadia as she has been an extraordinary loving teacher to our son. She has went above and beyond to make him feel comfortable as we had a rocky start because he was scared, but she helped him out of his shell and he loves it here now

Used to love this daycare and my daughter attended for a while as well. My son attends now and there’s usually some type of confusion each day with items. (I.e. shoes, clothing, blankets.) After attending for months he JUST got a cubby and a place to put his stuff. His shoes were off once because he had the same pair of Mickey Mouse shoes as another child and just because a parent mentioned it they called and tried to say my husband TOOK someone else’s shoes. My son was barefoot when I arrived, his shoes were on a desk in the office. When I asked about it, NO ONE explained it, apologized, anything. No one wants to see something like that at a place they pay for them to be there. I felt uncomfortable about it and tried speaking about it several times. I have asked the director about his cubby and belongings being more kept and to speak with the teachers about several issues. Never gets it done but they can sure ask about a payment and be blunt about it when they haven’t seen you in a week or so. No asking how “How’s your child’s well-being?” “Is your family ok?” I received an EMAIL about withdrawal when Katie knows they can call me any day and explain what was said. It probably took longer to type it out. Teachers hardly ever show up so my son is with several different people each day that can NEVER tell me what he did today or if important anything happened. Only person with kindness and compassion there is Ms. Neica who sits in the front most times with patience and watches children early in the morning even when staff doesn’t arrive. She is courteous and honestly would do better running that place in my opinion. I believe we’re withdrawing soon and finding something else for the next go round. We didn’t attend for two weeks because my husband was laid off and we weren’t thinking about the payments it as far as survival for a couple weeks. Just told pay $500 or he’s gone. Lol. Which to keep his slot I understand. But the involvement of communication should go both ways when concerns arise. With this new job…it’s time for a new daycare. This one fell off completely and I honestly have become nervous when he’s there because the lack of attention to detail to the little things make me believe bigger issues will occur.

My son went here for I think like 2 months recently and it was the worst experience ever bite marks and I mean really bad ones on him and random bruises poping scratch marks on his neck. Teachers did not seem to care. Losing his clothes socks jackets shirts etc. Him coming home in 24 month clothes when he is in 3t. The last 2 weeks we was there it was first come first serve on his class and then they ended up shutting down his class. Worst experience for me and him ever and I hated having to drop him off there.

My Children do not attend here but as I was pulling into the parking lot today to check the availability at the daycare one of the staff members was out front of the daycare on a cigarette break. I’m not the one to judge anyone for what they do but to me first impression is EVERYTHING and also I feel like whatever habit someone has should be saved for outside of business ours

(FYI) The Director at Childcare network on Williamson rd (Donna) or Dana is a person who cares about the children. She has an open door policy. My issue is that my child only attended this daycare for about 3 weeks. During that time my child caught a severe cold the 1st week (which can be expected). After returning 7 days later my child after 4 days got the pink eye in both eyes. I didn't allow my child to return. Also a friend took her child there & within 3weeks the child caught the flu. After the child returned a week later the child then caught the hand foot & mouth disease. She also pulled her child from this daycare. I understand that kids will get sick but to hear that this happened to another child within the same timeframe of 3 weeks after entering this daycare is ridiculous.I had to take my child to the doctor 2 times within 3 weeks after starting this daycare. My issue is that staff should steralize toys & inside the classroom more frequently to minimize the spread of germs. It would be helpful if staff would not take the children if the child is contagious or has a high grade fever (any thing that can spread to other kids if it hasn't been treated). I witnessed one day a mother carried her child in and green ooze was draining from the nose & the eye was swollen. (I did not leave my child that day).Since I removed my child & took her to another facility in the Griffin area which is a Licensed home daycare, my child has not been sick once & it's been over 2 months. This new daycare is clean & asks parents to keep kids home if (contagious or high fever) at least for the first day &until the child has seen a pediatrician. The home is clean & my 2 year old is learning & enjoys attending this new daycare.

My daughter loves going to school each morning. The staff is super friendly and they all go above and beyond to treat each child as if they were their own. I am excited to watch my daughter grow in the atmosphere.

What an awesome place! All the staff and teachers are very attentive and patient with the children. If any concerns come up, Danielle the owner is always there to correct and help. Price is the cheapest I have seen and also the cleanest. Two thumbs up for this place!
