This location is the worst CVS I have ever shopped at. There is no one at the cash register and there is no one available to provide assistance. Today and went there and needed help at the automated cash register. After i pressed the help button, it took so long for someone to show up and when they did they had a bad attitude as if I was keeping them from something more important. They have no idea what it means to deliver customer service. I will need to find another CVS further away from my home since the staff at this location does not want to be bothered with customers.

The employees are very friendly. The problem is the store is too dusty since they are remodeling. I sneeze and feel bad when I am in the store.

I previously wrote a review on this pharmacy about two weeks ago because they have had my medication backordered for a very long time. I contacted the pharmacy today, who stated that they will contact my doctor for an alternative. This is what they told me last time I spoke with them and then they lost my prescription and said the doctor never sent one in.This was after they sent me a text telling me that it was ordered.I have been without my medication for two weeks now, since it was originally ordered two weeks before I needed it.If a pharmacy can not do the job of getting medications to patients, which is the main role that they play, who can. CVS is the pharmacy that my insurance pays, so options are limited.Does anyone have ideas? I already contacted the corporate offices of CVS and they never replied.

If I could use a negative number of stars, I would. Waited DAYS for a prescription which ended up not ever being ordered . They are unfriendly, inefficient, unapologetic for any inconvenience caused by them, and in general a very negative store experience. Never going there again. Ever. Never ever.

Terrible service and the pharmacist can't read or follow directions on how to fill medication. Store manager is rude and so is the pharmacy staff.

I went to have a medicine filled here today I don't normally go here but I had a rude employee both dropping off and picking up my medicine. if you don't want to work there I'm sure someone else would gladly take your place. I will be sticking with my other pharmacy for now on.

I LOVE this CVS. Everyone I talk to is soooo awesome and nice. One time I brought my Great Dane with me and the girls at the window gave him some treats while I was waiting to pick up my medicine. EVERYTIME I see Clay at the window he is always got jokes. He's awesome!!!!!

Last night I came into CVS to get some mascara and couple of other things. I politely asked the cashier, Melissa, to check the price on the mascara bc it was not visible on display. She rudely asked me "was there not a price on there?" And I explained to her no ma'am, I didn't see one. She the says there should have been a price over there. Then grabs a scanner and I guess it didn't work so she slammed it on the counter. She acted as if it was a complete inconvenience to check the price of that item before I decided to purchase it. Worst customer service I have ever received. Not to mention I was the only person at the register, not like she had a line... She then says "cvs card?" with the worst attitude. I was HIGHLY disappointed in the level of disrespect she portrayed towards me. I will not be back in to shop EVER again.
