Highly recommend the Griffin Ga Big Lots for their merchandise but their customer service too!Trinity solved my cell phone car charger problem when I couldn’t. She was patient, knew store’s merchandise and was smart. Thank you, Big Lots and Trinity!

Trinity at the griffin store really helped us out and is a life saver . This is the type of employee needed at every store to help seasoned customers . We r not tech savy and we were not able to figure out paying on line so we could pick up at another big lot store. With Fri itis help we completed the order and now I will have my screened patio to enjoy
