I was going to buy some cologne on Saturday, June 8, 2024 around 4:20pm or so, somewhere around this time. We saw several workers but no one came to assist us. They all were talking in a group. We walk around for at least five minutes trying to find the cologne we wanted and nobody came over to assist us. This department doesn’t deserve one star but I had to give it a star to write a review. This department really needs to get it together.

Belk was better before the scamdemic. Lots of great clothes are still there, but now you have to shop online to get several brands that I always shop for in store. Minus 1 star for this.

The belks in Griffin is very nice. The people are very friendly and helpful. They have a good selection of plus size clothing and most often on sale or has a coupon for items. Also it's clean and bright. I like shopping in this store, it makes me happy ?
