I just left Auto Zone on the expressway in Griffin GA and I had the most awful experience. I took my things to the counter and noone was there so I said hello and no answer. There were two employees over on the commercial counter talking and one was eating yogurt his name is Patrick C according to his badge, so I walked over and asked if I could get checked out. Patrick C said I can get you checked out in a minute (and he held up his yogurt ) when I finish. So I said as the customer I have to wait until you finish eating before I can get checked out? So he said he works the commercial counter and there's a girl that works the other counter and she must be helping someone else. So I had a frown on my face because I was just done with his poor attitude and lack of customer service skills. He asked me what was the face for and I said it's because you are asking me to wait until you finish eating before I can get checked out. So I asked him what was the manager's name and what was the number to corporate. He said he was the commercial manager and he didn't know the number to corporate. I said ok Patrick C I got your number and I told him his customer service was awful and he needed to work on them. So I turned and I was leaving and he sarcastically said ma'am you have a nice day and I told him to have a nice day too. Needless to say I bought nothing and will never visit that store again.

I Love AutoZone because they are friendly and kind to females. This is the only auto parts place in Griffin that I will go to. I have been to O'Reilly and Advance and was disrespected at both after buying expensive parts. The employees at AutoZone take time with you, they will order the part if they don't have it, they will carry it to the car if it is too heavy, and they have pit my wipers on my car and tested my batteries. Female drive. Buy and own vehicles and the other part stores need to realize that and treat us with respect. I only like AutoZone and their associates, who go out thier way to satisfy thier customers.

I was in need for a battery but I needed it installed. I stopped by O'Reilly Auto Parts store and I was told they would not install my battery. I tried my luck with Auto Zone and Laila and Luke were more than happy to help and installed it. We need more people like them. I will be back!

Phillip customer service skills are outstanding and he went above and beyond what he did for me. He replaced my lightbulb and it took a minute but he figured it out for me. He’s an example of what customer service should be more like.

My husband called to make sure all parts he needed was in stock . Spoke with a lady around 5 pm on Tuesday . They stated they had the parts and would hold them for him got his name and number added to file . I show up not even an hour later to pick everything up . They had nothing ready and didn’t even have him in the system . So I over look it and tell the lady (Emma) what we needed . She prints out the receipt and starts to pull the parts she mentioned was all in stock . Then turns out they needed to order a part . So she gathers the rest and I quote proceeds to tell me they would have not pulled that many parts bc people call all the time and say they are heading there and don’t show up so the employees are left to put them all back away . “ it’s retail go-backs is a real thing “ that’s work !!! She was unprofessional with zero customer service experience . I call my husband back to inform him of the part they might need to order and he just informs me to leave and go else where for said parts. They sure lost out on that sale though . O’Reilly is where it’s at !!!

BEST CUSTOMER SERVICE IN GRIFFIN YOU GUYS WERE AWESOMEI HAD A FRIEND SUPPORT ME WITH A CHAIN FOR MY BIKE AND IT WAS 6FT LONG SO I HAD CALLED THIS STORE EXPLAINED THE SITUATION AND THEY SAID COME ON IN THE EMPLOYERS STUCK WITH THE COMPANYS ADVERTISING OF FREE LOAN TOOLS> I SAY THIS ESPECIALLY BECAUSE I HAD RODE 2 THE WENDYS IN GRIFFIN TODAY AND AFTER OPENING HOURS I HAD 2 RIDE AROUND 2 THE WINDOW BECAUSE THEY EMPLOYERS SAID IDC ITS 10:46 amWELL I GOT EVERYTHING I NEEDED AND THAN MORE COMING 2 THIS STORE 2 DAY AND I RECOMMEND THESE GUYS THE EMPLOYERS WERE VERY POLITE AND HELPFUL
