NO STARS ..DO NOT USE THIS FACILITY. The employees and third party companies are given access to units at any given time they want for personal gain on items in units. Claim monthly payments are missed even if payment receipts are provided to them. Denied gate access for months at a time for no reason. Employees are rude and are thieves. Prices increase every single month charge you a fee to pay your rent.Units are dirty and doors have gun shot holes. Publish units for online auction without informing the tenant at all. Claim to be American owned and operated. That's an absolute lie. Worst facility to have ever used... DO NOT USE

Rates and insurance increased twice in three months. Only a single security camera. Fencing not secure and location is out of public sight. I recommend you should get a more secure storage for the same price somewhere else. Read the photo.

Dirty, dinghy, and no restroom on premises. The guy that works there (?) Doesn't really do much as far as I can tell.

This company is one of the worst customer service experiences I've ever dealt with. The location I am using is in Tifton, Ga and there is no security of any kind, not even fencing. I was ok with this since the monthly price reflected the lack of security; however, I received a letter and email stating that Copper Safe had bought out the company I originally signed up with and they immediately go up on prices. I received two different letters and e-mails in the same week stating that they were going up but with two different prices. First letter states increase if $80 to $88, second letter 2 days later stating $80 to $92. Then received a letter that stated that they were changing insurance companies (insurance they require) and price was going from $14 to $22 for $5000 coverage which is the smallest amount you can have. So I call company and the lady was very rude about price increases and said that the correct increase is, of course, the highest increase possible. So I ask how much notice I need to give to move out and about my deposit of $25 given last summer and she states they have no record if a deposit since they bought out the old company. When I stated that I have proof of my payment, she said well I hope you know how to contact the old company but the irony of that response is that the new company is still the same phone number, address, and email address as the old company. So I emailed the home office and never received a reply and they gave no other way to contact them. Terrible customer service...DO NOT USE ANY COPPER SAFE LOCATION! No customer service at all.

Easy to get a unit but it leaked. Ruined my mattress. Never did get my choice for a PIN gate code ( was supposed to be given from day one).

I like this place. Kick back atmosphere. Seems safe and no one on site hovering over. The drive could be maintained better, but I've learned where the potholes are. Not a big issue but not very professional. Good prices overcome the potholes.

It has been a nightmare. They seem to be a nice company that cares about their customers, but that is not the case. There was rarely staff in the office, so you have to call for everything. They raise their rates frequently. Also, if you remove your items out of the unit before the end of the month, they will not provide a refund but will instead try to convince you to stay longer.

Awesome.. I rented a unit online, it was really small, they upgraded me with no issues.. ans it came with a lock!! Yes, yes, and yes!!!

We were moving so we called about a room and all that was available was 8'×15' so as we were on the way to unload the U-haul which was 15' and we still had other loads, we decided that we were going to need atleast 2 of that size. So we're pulling into the storage room already paid for the 2nd unit and guess what? The units were only 5'×8'. What can you do with that??? AND THAT WAS THE ONLY ONE'S AVAILABLE!!! It would be nice if one of the sales women were my wife. Getting measurements that far from the truth. Worse of all is we still haven't gotten a refund!!! Oh and I had to give 1 star to post. I wouldn't have given any honestly!!
