This is one storage place we will never rent from again. Every time we needed to get into the unit the gate was broke or passcode was not working. Very nasty units not clean and looks unsafe. Always had to call these ppl to gain access we moved our stuff out and went to another safer and efficient storage place in Griffin just not up to our standings

Vince took time with me to go step by step to change my password and waited online while I made my payment. They didn't rush or make me feel dumb. I appreciated their patience and being calm with me.

Do not keep your belongings here it is unsafe and you can never get into the gate without calling on top of that the access code box is broke they can not say when it will be fixed all our stuff is in there and we need to move out of state very poop management ownership when you call you have to go through the enter file just to get answers just save yourself a headache and go elsewhere
